P.s the title of this post should have been
What is wrong with what is wrong with secretary kim😂😂
What is wrong with Secretary Kim? 1-4
I ended up doing a marathon. It is a little disappointing - considering Kdrama have matured over time to handle romance differently. But this drama is old trope.
Misunderstood chaebol being tsundere and being rude…Some major trauma or misunderstanding between brothers. An extremely good secretary (who sounds capable enough to run the company) being treated possessively in the name of ‘love’….Her slowing falling for it (argh!)
What secretaries are expected to do for their boss in Korea boggles my mind. Even if this is for dramatic purposes, isn’t this going totally overboard?
Is she going to fall in love with him just when she was about to find her life? What happened to her finding her own life? I wished they had explored that further a little bit more.. This drama feels like classic Stockholm Syndrome drama.
Since I am only watching two dramas, I must say, Are you Human is more compelling than this one. So, guess, i will be back to watching one drama.

I agree.. when I started the first episodes I was expecting a lot but now I am very disappointed.
I thought I would see a female character that could stand up for herself and in no way would let a man dictate her life. But I was wrong.
Except for that I don't think the plot is that interesting, a lot of moments are very predictable and overly used in kdramas. The moments that annoy me the most are where they are very close and almost kissing but someone/something interrupts them.
Why are we still watching poor girl, rich man kdramas. Isnt that old?! I want to see more independent women being represented they way they should be
