when i realized today was the 16th, and the 5th anniversary of OLBA is in exactly 6 months, i thought, what better way to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of such an iconic visual novel than with a HUGE community event??

GB Patch Games is once again opening a call for guest artists!

If you're interested in creating a guest piece for us, we'd love to chat with you. If you're new to our artist call, here's the scoop: Every month, we create a post that explains our upcoming plans. A guest artist image of one of our characters is included at the start of those posts. Artists are always credited for their work and the piece will only be used in that blog. Artists can set their own rates and have the creative freedom to produce their art in their own vision – we love to celebrate each artist's unique style! Guest artists will have a piece commissioned early in the month, with the piece due to us at the end of the month. Every once in a while, we'll showcase a guest artist in a special occasion post (separate from the blogs) but the process will still remain the same.

If you're interested in being a guest artist for us, let us know by DMing us on any of our social platforms. In your message, please include a few example images that you've created, as well as your estimate rates. There's no deadline to sign up – we're always open to add people to the guest list. 🙂

For folks who have already created a guest piece, feel free to reach out to let us know if you're still interested and what your starting rate is.
