not enough info for me to say anything to be honest. my first thought was "wow this looks a lot more like sv than arceus" seems like they funneled those two games resources together for this? who knows...

Hi! Sorry to bother, but I just started looking through your art and I really love the colours and mixing lines; so I wanna ask, what brushes do you use and how do you get that blocky-stroke look?

That sounds a bit confusing- basically, I wanna know how you made the clouds and fire here look painted and blocky

ok this is a tough question, not because i have opinions about sharing brushes or anything... i just tend to cycle my brushes around and forget which ones i use for which. BUT as best as i can recall i mostly used this clip studio paint set for this (you can look it up by ID, 2094247):

the blockiness comes from liberal use of the lasso tool (mostly on the fire) and magic wand tool (for the clouds).

i distinctly remember having trouble grouping the light and dark values on the clouds so i let the magic wand tool decide which parts were gonna be the shadows by creating a selection for it, and i did the same for the light.

that's pretty much it! i still have a lot to learn about clouds, etc and having a reference handy is always useful. hope this helps!

this is so random but can you post that one finding you had about drayton and that one japanese delinquent/lazy/dragon related phrase... i forgot what it was about and its been on my mind like crazy lol
