Ok. This is some pretty gorey stuff. I’m so serious, I was trying to make these unfun to look at. I drew my interpretation of honeyspring’s kits from the lutumclan clangen blog by @mourningsbane . It’s really important to me that you do not look at these if gore, body horror, and/or kitten d*ath is something that will trigger you. Proceed at your will.

Ok! Finally got around to drawing and posting the babies. I don’t really draw with like the “imagination is scarier than being shown” concept in my head because I just don’t know what parts to leave hidden and what to show.

This is my personal interpretation of the babies:

Small kit: the eye grew and grew and was wrong. Splitting the body and taking over. It looks almost like a mouth, but I was trying to make it an eye. It’s not a cat’s eye…

Flailkit: most developed, but the body was bigger than the skin, flesh peeling and folding around a bloated, miserable kitten. But…

Palekit: The first one I drew, I imagine their mouth split them down the middle. Thus they cannot close their mouth, they leak, they leak blood and saliva and tears and they leak.

Stuff like this makes me want to create my own clan SOOOOOO bad. I have a concept. I have an idea :) she’s cooking. This art is genuinely so good!!

i have a couple questions about honeyspring's kits. what even happened to make them phase out of existence and non existence? did they die too soon to make it to starclan? did the mourningsbane somehow make it so that they couldn't go to the afterlife?

what did they even look like?

I say that Honeyspring's kits phase in and out of existence because while they physically exist, it's difficult to say if they could form spirits! They never had the chance to form likes, dislikes, friendships, etc...and they never will.

They're blank slates, and they'll be that way forever, never to grow up or become their own individuals, can something like that even form a tangible spirit? Can they exist in an afterlife when they never had the chance to exist at all?

Though, here's what Honeyspring's kits spiritually look like if you're interested! I do have actual designs for them from The Incident, but they were a bit gruesome! <3

This is probably my favorite persona of mine to draw. Got a few, but they’re a shapeshifter and that just makes it so easy to draw weirder things. Don’t even have a name for them! But they’re super fun to draw.

If I remember, tomorrow I wanna post some monsters I’ve drawn to give this blog some sustenance. Gotta show off how my style never stays the same for long(except with cats, warriors still has a vice grip on my art).

I’m constantly flipping between hating traditional cause I don’t have a scanner so I look like I’m 12 and hating digital because it just doesn’t feel as good as traditional.
