THIS. I hate being called girl I don't care if it gender neutral. I only accept being called girl if its a joke, like if someone jokingly calls me babygirl or something. Other than that being called a girl makes me feel dysphoric. It's not "toxic masculinity", I just wanna be respected.
“Is it toxic masculinity for trans men to not want to be called girl?”
Now y’all are just saying words . Can trans men have a day of peace .

Help me prove my family wrong!
I don't know if this post will break containment, but will you like/reblog if you are or know a man who is asexual? All of the people in my life seem convinced that being Ace is a 'girl thing' and that Ace men don't exist!

trans people who don't take hormones are trans enough.
trans people who don't have surgery are trans enough.
trans people who keep their birth name are trans enough.
trans people who use the pronouns associated with their AGAB are trans enough.
trans people who don't transition to a binary gender are trans enough.
trans people who present and/or identify more closely to their AGAB are trans enough.
trans people who don't change their appearance are trans enough.
all it takes to be trans is to not, or not fully identify with the gender you were assigned at birth. we are enough, our transition is real, no matter what it consists of. trans people don't owe anyone shit. 🩵🩷🤍🩷🩵

Wanna hear a funny story? When I was in kindergarten everyone (parents, teachers, students) shipped a boy and me to the point we actually started saying we had a crush on each other. We were four years old. Recently we started hanging out again. He’s gay, I’m lesbian. Don’t you ever tell me again that it’s the lgbt that are forcing sexualities on children.

THIS
If you're comfortable using the term asexual, aromantic, or both, and someone tells you "wait, don't assume that just yet, maybe you haven't found the right one!/this will only be temporary!/etc", ignore them. Just use the label if you're comfortable, just like you would any other lgbtq label. Because right now, especially if you're still a minor, you really don't know what you'll be like later, but THAT DOES NOT MAKE BEING AROACE ANY LESS VALID. Sure, you may change, or you may not, but if you're aroace at this point in your life you are fully welcome to use the term.
I just hate how even people in the lgbtq community are so scared of the labels aro or ace, like you might miss out if you use them or something.
There's my rant, that's it. This isn't meant to offend anyone, just my thoughts. Use whatever labels you feel comfortable with and please please for the love be respectful of whatever labels other people decide to use as well.
