I feel like I’m healing because as a kid I loved autumn so so so much. But as I got older I just became sad and felt lost - like all the fun stuff about autumn and winter became painful as I got older.

I love summer now and still do, and autumn filled me with dread because the days got shorter and shorter and I’d just feel a lot of panic.

But now it’s feeling different. I feel like I can decorate my house with autumn things come September. I feel like i can enjoy the cooler days bring.

I feel like I am capable of being happy again
