It's been a while
I haven't been posting lately but I've been doing more. I've been going on more runs and they're getting longer and longer every time. I've started a work out plan and trying to eat healthy. I feel a lot better about my self and I hope I can keep this up.

I haven鈥檛 done much all summer I said i was going to continue my running but ever since I had my surgery I just haven鈥檛 had the motivation to run, I sill love running but i just dont feel like I want to. I feel like im letting myself down by not getting out. Starting of this month I am going to chang thing.

6/26/17 Haven't been able to do much for a bit now. I had some medical problems and was not able do much for 2 weeks. I feel realy bad that I've done nothing and only have a few more day left until I'm allowed to do stuff.

Did 3.1 mi in 31.36 min. Don't know if it's ok to run when im sick but the day was just to good to not go out.

5/3/17 Got out today and did 3.1 miles in 32.17 minutes. I've done more before this but I just forgot to post my progress. The only thing that holds you down is yourself, so get up and get out there.

I haven鈥檛 ran in a few days because I banged up my right knee. I hope to get back out tomorrow. I feel really bad that I haven鈥檛 done much.

4/10/17 Today I ran 2.3 miles in 22.49 minutes. It鈥檚 a beautiful sunny day and I feel great. I also weighed myself and im currently 211.15 pounds. I hope to see that numbers go down.

I ran 2.6 miles in 22.15 minutes. it鈥檚 a good steep in the right direction to get back to my old self. Next time I will do better.
