I read a cheating fic and okay it was my mistake cause I didn’t see the infidelity tag. It ripped my heart and I’m not a fan of that category. But now I’m coming with an idea, it involves dimension travel. Todobaku ofc. Bakugou gets sent somewhere else bc of a quirk accident and there’s he’s not with Shouto. In fact, Shouto there hates him bc Bakugou from there cheated on him. Bakugou starts hating the other him and tries to talk with Shouto, who doesn’t even give him the time of day and straight up ignores him. He’s there alone and missing his Shouto, and no one makes an effort to get to know him bc other Bakugou is a huge asshole (worse than him for some reason) and is not liked by the other heroes. The only person to vouch for him is Kirishima and thus has to be watched by him so Bakugou can behave good.

Shigaraki: I want to say I love you but I know you’ll slowly turn around and walk away and I won’t see you for days until you get your shit together.

Dabi: Well, say something else then.

Shigaraki: You’re not the ugliest guy I care about?

Dabi: …

Shigaraki, slowly turns around and walks away: Ignore this.

Dabi: We’re really bad at this…

Shouto didn't mind silence. He's used to it. Growing up isolated with no one but his father. It made Shouto easily irritated with loud noise and multiple people, and all his classmate knew that, so it was surprising when he migrated more with Bakugou: the loudest and aggressive teen.

"What fuck do you want, icyhot?" Bakugou grumbled. He had been sitting on the couch, snuggled up in a blanket, ignoring their classmates.

Shouto sat beside him. "Hanging out with you." He covered himself with some of the blanket, and when Bakugou didn't yank it off, Shouto took that as a sign to scoot closer.

"We're not hanging. You just showed up and sat here." Bakugou looked at his phone.

Shouto smiled, then leaned back against the cushion. It wasn't as loud. The noise came mostly from the kitchen where others were eating and chatting.

"I finally know why I like being near you," Shouto said absentmindedly.

"Why's that?" Bakugou faced him with a curious look, like he had also been wondering.

"You tell people to go away. No one bothers you. I'm not like that. I only avoid, but with you, you're straightforward," he explained.

"So you're with me because no one is around me? Or that I tell people to fuck off?"

"Both." Shouto shrugged.

Bakugou stared at him for a few seconds, then said, "Huh. And here I thought that you're near me because you like me."

"I wouldn't be near you if I didn't. You're my friend,” Shouto said, giving him a smile.

Bakugou’s cheeks turned pink. "We're not friends," he mumbled.

"No." Then he placed his head on Bakugou's shoulder. "We're something more."

Dabi would’ve felt something for Shigaraki if he had allowed himself to feel and love. There was someone who understood him but he was way past caring about anything and anyone. Shigaraki was the opposite, he felt something for Dabi but kept it himself until over time he just snuffed it out and changed into an different person.

Bakugou: I know.

Todoroki: Was I that obvious?

Bakugou, remembering all the times he was being stared at and watched: A little.

todobaku headcanon. That when Bakugou is freaking out or having a nightmare and everyone is trying to calm him down but nothing is working... Todoroki calmly apologies as he smacks him, bringing back Bakugou. And he's the only one able to do that and yeah Bakugou gets pissed but he's grateful that Todoroki doesn't baby him like the others.
