Anybody else have a growing fear of updating their tech cuz everything seems to be getting worse and worse

The people who go "well who's going to look after you when you're old?" when you say you're not having kids are breathtakingly naive. Our next-door neighbour, somewhere in her mid-80s, has a son, grandkids, and a grear-granddaughter, and who's the one she calls when she needs help, and checks that she's not spending christmas alone? Me and my boyfriend.
Having kids is irrelevant if the answer to that question is still going to be "the mentally ill faggots next door."

At this point idk why we even expect anything else from Disney.
There are no more original ideas or IPs (even though there are literally thousands of yet-unadapted fairytales from Europe, nevermind the world that they could semi-originally adapt into a movie)
And any re-release is going to be a soulless capitalism shell of it‘s previous story only made to sell merchandise to Disney Adults & children wearing down their parents‘ nerves in a store.
All they‘re doing is banking on a legacy of good movies from 20+ years ago & avoiding anything that may carry any sort of risk that could ‚take away‘ future profits from Disney‘s investors & board of directors.
I don‘t even know of any good alternative studio/ indie companies that go into the market ‚niche‘ of nostalgic feeling animation i used to put Disney in for their older works. It‘s all coming from like five streaming service moguls.
