I love how Watanabe has created an actually badass, cool, sexy female character that kicks ass and takes names and saves the day - rather than just a boring trope.

Please explain. Why is there such an intense romantic vibe between Axel and Chris throughout all these episodes... but then it's revealed that Chris was with Inga?

I mean, even that whole saving Chris scene was so fking romantic, especially the clinging onto each other and jumping in the fire bit. He was the first to jump up to save her. Everything they do really. Bloody hell. Is it just me or are they really romantically charged?

Is Chris bisexual? Or homosexual?? Are Axel and Chris endgame? Their interactions always feels so loaded but now I'm confused as to whether they'll be a pairing.
