Small things to heal your inner child (suggestions welcomed):

Get some fun cartoon bandaids, and put then on any boo boo no matter how big or small.

Get a coloring book and some crayons/markers and go at it! Do whatever pages look the best! Color outside the lines if you want!

If you have a planner or similar book get some fun stickers and put them EVERYWHERE in it.

Fingerpaint!!! Make a mess!!!

Turn on some music (maybe something nostalgic!) and dance around! Move and groove, you could even dance with a friend, a pet or a stuffed animal!

Turn on a cartoon you used to watch all the time as a kid! I like to have them on in the background while I color.

Give yourself permission to live these moments, and live moments you might not have been able to give yourself before. You're allowed to be who you want to be, and do what you want to do.
