Gasharpoon John Doe [alsp headcannon they go by she/her/thry/them] genuinely believe they are Ahab from limbus, they are not it's just the spectre giving them false memories and a false promise of "if you kill enough survivors I may let you go to go back to hunting the whale ( ^-^)ノ∠※。.:*:・'°☆!"

Her hair tends to grow out long, but she cuts it short to prevent it from getting in the way or being grabbed by any survivors.

She tends to chew on a toothpick when idle or deep in thought since she doesn't have access to her pipe.

Tries to gaslight/persuade to either become a killer themselves or just give up [gaslight gatekeep girlboss]

If she were to learn, her existence was fake, and she was never to be let go. This would destroy her.
