Making Progress! I am finally down to my pre-EuroTrip 2022 weight and well on my way to where I was at this time last year. It’s amazing how quickly things can derail when you work too much, when you over indulge, and when you allow life to runaway on you! Taking things one day at a time…this is a health journey for me, it is not a religion. I will trip, I will fall, and I will get back up and start again. Don’t get me wrong, ai love the male body, I love amazing food and drink, and I love being a stocky bear, I just want to be a healthier one. Day 4 (Day 3 was a rest day), post workout proof to follow…True accountability comes from being honest about where you are today…this picture is from this morning, it is more bold than what I normally post and does not provide any optical illusions about my true physical condition (which camera angles and room lighting often provide). I am 10-15 pounds (depending on the day) above where I was late spring/summer of 2021…and still well over 40 pounds below where I started at the beginning of 2021, but since I am being honest, I am not at all where I want to be. This is a journey, is about health, is balancing the joys in life, being active, and about always trying to be a better version of myself.
