So below will be my cool HC lore of Chance-Elliot relationship ^^

Basically in my hc Chance idea he's not ENTIRELY lucky, and he had FAR more loses than wins, so he was loosing a lot to the point he was quickly becoming homeless but once he gets the opportunity to play he just wins everything and more in an instant - thus the "lucky" allegations. Once they get broke – the task is to get at least something to gamble with and parents here aren't an option(they doesn't give any fucks for him and generally awful paret in my hc but no character knows that) so they come to the easiest place they can get to work in – Pizza Place. There's where they meet.

He gets in and out of job very quickly as they still in the same cycle of win/lose, and when he wins something he usually shares it with Elliot and he kinda accepts it, but after some time he got tired of it and just prohibited Chance to either work there, ask to lend them money, or give any dollar to him, after which they haven't seen eachother since. Then they meet in this strange place....

(also between Chance's in-and-outs of Pizzeria was this brief moment where Chance worked in mafia that's why Elliot knows him in my other comic)
