on the 9th i made my bed. im still in pain. it was heavy. but worth it. room got so much space now. and building is quieter caz all the sounds came thru the floor to the matress. bed cuts out lot of noises. its feels like a bird nest. im geateful for my choice
i made two seperate boxes out of bed boxes. one is for suitcase case and other for my shopping cart case. i can only place them in the balcony so i gotta cover them somehow.
idk whats its called in english but there are needle mats for acupuncture. i use them everyday. its good for my pain. better than soloely doing stretches
