The Ghoulia is non-verbal headcanon is so weird because it doesn't make sense in or out of context. It's the equivalent of going up to someone who's speaks only spanish and saying they're non-verbal because you can't understand them. I get what they're trying to get at but it just kinda fails still? Since G1 Ghoulia is stated to be speaking a language it's just that we the audience don't hear it.

G1 and G3 are closer in tone to each other and I will die on that hill. Really tired of seeing people complain how G3 is too kid-friendly but it's really not that much different from G1. The only difference now is that you aren't a kid anymore.

For every non-chinese person who bitches about gen 3 Jinafire not having gold/yellow skin, wearing a poorly-done traditional Chinese outfit, or breathing fire anymore, an angel loses its wings.

Seriously, I'm not Chinese, but I like her design so much better with a green skin color and gold hints rather than full-on golden/yellow skin!

Same thing about her outfit or powers! Chinese dragons are associated with rain clouds and storms, so it makes sense that she now has water powers rather than breathing fire! Her gen 3 outfit looks more similar to Chinese street fashion rather than a poorly made qipao!

European dragons breathe fire, not chinese dragons! Giving a character a more casual outfit while also keeping important aspects of her culture is not "erasing her culture"! You guys just don't know how to properly make a well-designed Chinese character!
