Finished the Vicky Justiz challenge on sunday, took a rest day on monday and did the first day of the Chloe Ting 2024 weightloss challenge today. I do enjoy her workouts way more. Actually got a sweat up, didn't get bored, better and more fun exercise selection. Never like her music tho, haha, but I can just put on my own playlist. Had back pain this morning which probably means my period is around the corner. Hurry up, girl.

Last day of the Vicky Justiz challenge tomorrow and I don't think I'll be doing more of her workouts in the future. She's very sweet but that kind of stuff will get you zero progress. Back to Chloe Ting I go, to rebuild some base bodyweight strength & endurance. The 2024 weight loss program looks fun, after finishing that one I'll either switch to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or if I'm feeling up to it, Caroline Girvan for a more serious strength program.

Haven't been posting the food logs bc they're all so similar - stayed around the same number of calories, with the exception of wednesday (went out with friends). Stepcount has been varying, 10-20k usually. Completed day 6 of the Vicky Justiz challenge as well, so on track. It's kind of embarrassing how out of shape I've gotten, the workouts are super easy but my ab and arm strength is like, gone. Need to do mobility stretches in the morning. Weight hasn't been moving which is kind of expected despite the decent deficit - last 10 lbs are always the hardest. Kind of bummed but we trust the process.

Food log 20/05/24
Much better day to complete the first week! Went for a morning walk. Also decided I'll be following the Vicky Justiz 14 day challenge to get back into the habit of exercising (that isn't just walking). Did the first video today as it premiered. It's all low impact bodyweight pilates type stuff so not effective at muscle building or calorie burning, but gives a nice stretch and gets you moving. Food was delicious today. Mushrooms have more protein than I thought! Breakfast: Raspberries + Chocolate Protein Mousse (200kcal, 20g Protein) Lunch: Spaghetti + Mushrooms + Cream Cheese (450kcal, 10g Protein) Dinner: Oven Roasted Potatoes (350kcal, 6g Protein) Other: Random Candy (200kcal) Total: 1200kcal, ~36g Protein 20k steps
It stormed in the afternoon. I gotta get some more protein bars to have on low protein days instead of candy and some fun drinks, too. Wanna try the green zero sugar Monster. From tomorrow on I need to make some wraps with chicken, lettuce and cucumber bc those ingredients need to be eaten.
