Every so often, I become dissatisfied with roleplay and think about quitting. For context, I’ve been roleplaying since high school. I’ve been out of high school for about 15 years. It’s a hobby I immensely enjoy, and I always return to it. So this time, I’m contemplating something other than quitting.

I want to go back to my roleplaying roots—original characters—specifically, one or two original characters at a time. I miss creating completely original characters, which I’ve done a few times on this blog, but they always get overshadowed by my canon characters. Also, I miss having one character to focus on at a time. The multi-muse thing is getting to me.

However, I don’t want to leave the canon characters I love in the dust altogether. Maybe one day I’ll let them go, but for now, I’ll keep writing most of them, but exclusively through discord.

I also don’t want to leave my mutuals in the dust. Once I have an original character I want to share, I’ll do that here. I enjoy writing with all of you, so if the character interests you, I would love to continue. If you’re a mutual, you’re always welcome to message me ooc too.<3
