Hello! I have a request, but due to my memory issues, I cannot remember if I have sent it or not. If I did, please answer the first message. If I didn't, the request is this:

I would like someone who is a happiness holder and a schizoaffective holder (bipolar type). Basically, we recently had a very positive life change that is making us very happy, but we're worried that some of our happiness is bordering on mania. Additionally, one of our hosts has a delusion that he contains cosmically significant knowledge or potential that will unleash itself one day, and he believes this life change is likely to make that happen sooner. Basicallly, we would like someone who is a holder for all this. (We will sign off with a sideblog at which you may DM us if you need any clarifications about anything I have said.)

For their species, we would prefer if they were an alien, an (anthro) animal, or a human who is very otherkin with either/both of these. For their identity, we would prefer if they were asexual as well as aromantic, gay (i.e. veldian), and/or lesbian, and genderqueer in whatever way you see fit.

Additionally, the life change includes increased ability and/or need to do the following: make crafts (particularly sewn ones), cook food, run an Etsy store, socialize in person, attend college classes, go to the forest, see live music (especially punk and indie), manage finances. We would appreciate if they were someone who liked or was good at some of those things!

not all of this stuff may work for you!!! these are just my experiences and how i managed to summon the brain sillies!!!

“I don’t know how to get ideas for headmates!”

got an aesthetic in mind? weirdcore? coldcore? vaporwave? write that down somewhere, paper or on an app.

ask yourself simple questions. do they prefer cats or dogs? what’s their favorite color? are they a morning person or a night owl? write that down too.

psst. remember to think of this as an Original Character, do not think about what you’re like.

got all that down? great! now, go on pinterest and look up OC spin the wheels for appearance such as hair, eye color, etc. this will help you get an idea of what they will look like. (make sure you got that down!)

now that you’ve spun all those wheels, go to the Picrew . me website! this will make your ideas come true ✨ make sure to choose one that looks the way you want!

looks awesome! let’s go give them personality traits using this website. this is the website i use for the requests you all give me! i recommend choosing 3 for each (positive, neutral, negative)

alright. the hard part. naming them. go on pinterest, look up gender neutral names, and find one that fits their personality. they can change this later if they wish.

finally, go on simply plural (or whatever plural thing you use) and add a member with their name! make sure to upload the image and add a description!

fake it till you make it.

now, that probably sounded wrong. i get that. but it doesn’t mean ‘faking’ it.

this strategy involves ‘affirmations’ and using your ✨imagination✨

now that your new headmate is logged somewhere, try and talk to them! pretend they’re there! i know it sounds stupid, but it’s worth a shot!

ask them direct questions, ramble to them, or whatever makes you happy! i found that talking out loud to them helps, but if you can’t do that, writing in a notebook works!

do that for a little, make sure you give them time to get comfortable.
