Nowadays, people in town know Sans and Papyrus as near mortal enemies, but it wasn't always this way. The two used to be inseparable as children. But one stormy night, something cast their father overboard. No matter how much Sans insisted it wasn't his fault, Paps can never get over the sight of Sans letting Gaster fall overboard.
