TW: IT'S A VERY DISTURBING TOPIC. There are EXTREMELY alarmist thoughts of someone who doesn't know ANYTHING about things. Don't read it unless you're ready for very disturbing formulations of the level of a scared hamster, but I just want to share this fear.

I really don't know what to do with myself anymore. Shutdowns cause me animal fear. A terrible, deep, primal fear. The very idea of isolating the Russian internet makes me hysterical. Yes, this will have a lot of other consequences that are much more important for the country, but above all, I am selfishly suffocated by fear for my small artistic career. It's not just entertainment, it's my whole existence in the absolute. What I do every day, what I think about every minute of my life, without which I will be an absolute ZERO. Is turning off the Internet just a precautionary measure against drone attacks, or is a sovereign Internet (like the Chinese Firewall) with the whitelist technology rapidly being built, when only 10% of the Internet will be available at best? I can't help but lean towards the latter. Where to run, what to do, how to calm down. Is running away from my motherland the only option so that they won't be able to take away the meaning of my life - to spread my creativity about topics that are important to me and receive feedback? I'm only comforted by the thought that we will be able to adapt to anything, Russian society is no stranger to adapting, I believe. And yet. I would non-ironically prefer death to losing the opportunity to represent myself. Is there anything I can do? Unlikely. That's why I'm going to distract myself with work at the garden and orders. Maybe I'll make another animatic.
