So yeah they should take advantage of it and film a prequel about young Grindeldore in 1899. 2 hours of young Albus and Gellert being in love, getting married and making love and planning a radical revolution. A guaranteed hit.

Dumbledore calls Voldemort the most dangerous dark wizard of all time even though Grindelwald was more powerful and conquered a much larger territory because he knew that Grindelwald could be tamed by giving him uwu kissus.

After going missing for 6 months, Albus turns up on Gellert's doorstep, heavily pregnant.

He sits down tired after walking for so long, he feels the unborn baby kick and move inside him.

He went missing 6 months ago after Gellert impregnated him and now he has to tell him the news!

Albus sits there, rubbing his swollen belly and nods as the baby kicks...

"Yes, I know, little baby. You want your daddy, I'm on his doorstep right now. I'm tired after the long and arduous trip here. I went missing 6 months ago after conceiving you, now I have to tell him the news. I hope he takes the news well..."

Hearing the voice of his boyfriend, Gellert quickly opens the door and lets Albus in.

I just realised something: since Grindelwald was imprisoned in Nurmengard for 53 years, there must have been someone to deliver him food and water. Assuming the person is Dumbledore, then GG would have known by the next day at the very least that Dumbledore is dead, since there’s no food delivered to his cell. Which then leads to my question: Why didn’t GG just leave Nurmengard, now that Dumbledore is dead? I mean, he is the the previous owner of that place, and one of the most powerful dark wizard, so it should be easy for him to escape the place now that the only person who can defeat him is dead. I, personally, thought of three possible answers:

1. There’s no point in escaping. He’s getting old and there would be aurors searching for him.

2. He knew the Wizarding world is too dangerous now that Voldemort took over, so staying in Nurmengard is the safest option.

3. During the 53 years of imprisoning, GG reviewed his actions and realised what he did, while feeling remorse. So when the chance of leaving came, he stayed to fulfill his punishment, awaiting his death just like Dumbledore had.
