Not dead yet

Just wanted to give those of you who keep an eye out here a little update. I’ll be posting essentially the same thing on the next chapter of Falter soonish.

So I’m still here. Still hella excited about this series (yes! Series. You’re in for a long ride if you want to stick around). And still working regularly on new plot points and such.

My writing process has halted for a while on Falter. I just wasn’t happy with my writing, and now that I’ve taken a long enough break from it I’ve come to the realization that it was because of all the weed I was smoking. My writing has gone up in quality since I stoped following Snoop Dog’s example and I’m reinvigorated to be the best damn writer I can be.

This also means putting my giant mess of plot notes into order and writing out a proper outline for this monster, as well as doing revisions to the current chapters. I’m not planning on posting anything new until I have the revisions done, and at least through chapter 10 completed.

For anyone interested to see what the final length of this beast will be here is my current plan-

Falter (spanning the time skipped between Pranklok and Motherklok) Untitled (going through the end of season 4, and possibly being broken up into two parts) Untitled (going through the Doomstar Requiem) Untitled (immediately post Doomstar)

And potentially another one or two more installments depending on how my plot notes shake down, as well as two possible related spinoffs if I’m still feeling over ambitious.

They didn’t finish the story so I’m taking up that job now. I’m going to be doing my best to stick close to the canon other than the changes I have already made. I just really enjoy traumatizing the characters I love most, and I’ve already worked Charles’ trauma/recovery into all of my notes.

If anyone has (plausible within the established canon) headcanons, as always, I’d love to hear them. Currently anything about the very end of Doomstar, or anything about Murderface would be appreciated.

Oh yeah! And I'm turning Awaken into a porny series. The next installment of that should be done within a week, and I'm quite pleased with it so far, if I do say so myself. ;)

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm still here and still working on Falter. I've had a string of mishaps that have made getting things done difficult, and also spiked my anxiety which is making it doubly tough. The next chapter has been close to done for a while but I need to rewrite a section and I've been resisting it for some reason. My motivation seems to go in waves but, lucky for all of us, I think it's back on the upswing again. I'm looking forward to pounding out as many chapters as I can and painting a shit ton during this next productive burst. Thanks for sticking by guys.

Haven’t slept in about 30 hours, just took a two hour walk and got sunburned (and didn’t find the Pokemon I was looking for). Oh, and I skipped lunch cause I turned my lunch break into a Pokemon break. Winning. I feel fucking great. Like, for real, srsly. It’s weird.

So I just realized Pokemon GO is out today. Just went and walked around my friends neighborhood and holy shit this game is addicting. I haven’t actually gotten to look at the area around my house yet even but my one friend told me there’s a pokestop right outside.

So uh, I’m sorry, but I think there’s about to be a major lull in my productivity. >.>

Man, I can't wait to start writing Odyssey. I think it'll be tough, but also a lot of fun. We aren't nearly where we need to be in this story for that level of spoileryness though... I've put a lot into this prophecy shit you guys. You have no idea.

So in the short time since I posted that last one I've come up with like a lot of stuff for a fic like that. Cause the little info he got was heavily guarded, and they were probably working on constructing it by then, so there's a good bit to work with there. I need to go through and make a clip reel of all of the scenes with Falconback, and another for the prophecy, and another for Selatcia. x_x
