omgomgomg I finally saw Rise of the Guardians yesterday, holy crap it was amazing!!

No really, when I saw Sandy I was like, “This fucker right here is my fav.”

DAYUM YOU GUYS SAW HOW HE WAS LIKE KICKING SO MUCH ASS (EVEN WITH JACK’S HELP) AND LIKE THE LITTLE DUDE IS ALL QUIET AND SHIT BUT THEN HE GETS PISSED AND HELL BREAKS LOOSE. ALSO EVEN THOUGH HE WAS MISSING IN LIKE HALF THE MOVIE, HE SHOWED UP NEAR THE END TO FUCK PITCH’S SHIT UP LIKE “YOU’RE IN MY TURF NOW, BITCH” AND SMACKED THAT. THE OTHER GUARDIANS COULDN’T DO SHIT IN THAT PART BUT GOOD ‘OL SANDY HAD TO SAVE THEIR ASSES( WELL KINDA)

Today is a very special day because today is the eleventh anniversary of Rise of the Guardians!

ROTG is very dear to me because it introduced me to the Guardians of Childhood book series by the wonderful William Joyce and opened the window that lit up the very dark room that was my life at the time and made me want to be a writer.

So, I decided to celebrate with a special moodboard of my OTPs, Katherine Shalazar/Jack Frost (Jatherine/Snow Goose) and Katherine Shalazar/Nightlight (Kathlight/Bedtime Stories).

Yes, they are the same couple, but just at different ages. Nightlight and Katherine are 12, and Jack Frost and Mother Goose are 18.

For those who don't know, Katherine Shalazar grows up to be Mother Goose, and Nightlight doesn't die; he grows up to be Jack Frost~

I'm really excited to try out clay sculpture making; my first one will be Houndoom, just to get the hang of it - and it's for my boyfriends birthday.

After I am more experienced, I was thinking of trying to make a sculpture of Katherine. I'd loooove a sculpture of her because if I can't have official GoC/RotG merch, I'm just making my own!

I don't know what it is, but drawing a more book based Pirate Pitch Black is SO MUCH EASIER for me to draw than movie Pitch Black? I legit think it's the fact book!Pitch has eyebrows. I'm not even kidding. This also took me a stupid long time to finish because most of my creativity is going toward sewing lately.
