What would you do if you took over the state :O

First I'd start with public transport and housing. It's no good when people have nowhere to live. If you don't have a place where you can rest, how can you be a good functional citizen?

I'd make sure my people could afford all necessities they need - food, clothes, medicine, etc. All I would ask in return is gratitude. If they will refuse my offerings, I'd give them a nice firework show they will never forget.

Not really important, but I'd acquire a personal servant.
