Using Astoria as a point of conflict in a Draco/Other (typically Harry or Hermione) fic is typically such lazy writing because it! Was! Not! Arranged!

The only thing we know about their marriage is that the Malfoy’s disapproved of them as a couple. Why on earth would they arrange a marriage they didn't like?

And while we're on the subject, Astoria is Scorpius' mum. Quit erasing her! He's named in the Black family tradition but unlike Harry's names for his kids that would stay the same no matter who his partner was, there's no evidence that Draco has an emotional attachment to the name Scorpius.

Astoria risked making her chronic illness worse to have him, she sure as hell would have had name input. Pick another star or constellation.
