The same Star Trek 'fans' who hated Discovery are now crying about Strange New Worlds and Star Trek Year One because they "don't want prequels" they actually instead want something "new and original"

Yet they are the exact same people crying and shitting on Starfleet Academy because it's "connected to discovery" so obviously it's going to be "woke garbage"

It fucking pisses me off because discovery was cancelled, lower decks was cancelled and Prodigy was cancelled. They say they want new shoes then immediately complain and don't watch the new shows when they release.

I hope the costume designer, Bernadette Croft, gets a million emmy’s for SNW. She’s perfectly blended modern futurism with 60’s futurism in a way i could never fathom. Batel’s dress in particular is simple and elegant yet has that 60’s mod sprinkle with the shoulder. Chapels gown is a PHENOMENAL call back to TOS era fashion with the color, the shine, the bulky ornaments. All of this is complimented by the makeup team who did a great job as well
