Considering we went backwards one week, not too dissatisfied with how the last week went. I will continue the gaining journey, but this concludes the summer run. Will post some measurements and such later.

GRWM 33: Appetite Changes

It’s fascinating how eating a “normal” amount leaves me feeling starved. For example, I ordered one combo meal for lunch, and the total calories still added up to just under two thousand. And that would probably leave most people feeling way too full after lunch, but I was left with an empty feeling. Hunger, barely quieted. It left me angsty. Trying to figure out when I could eat next.
