P4 remake dosent need to remove Yosukes homophobia. That's not me saying it's perfectly fine but It is me saying it would be a bad thing to remove it.

Expecting teenagers to be very accepting and progressive in 2012 when it was normalized to hate / fear queer people is dumb and unrealistic. The entire reason kanjis arc happened is because the idea of possibly being gay is a seen as a very bad thing, specially in Japan. Even nowadays it can still be a scary thing to realize about yourself for some.

Hoping that they iron out all of Yosukes wrinkles is completely ignoring the time frame it takes place and unironically would be "choosing to see only what you wish" as it would be more comfortable, just like what Mr.evil God was saying.

However, the only change they should add is being able to defend kanji or call out yosuke when he's being annoying.

And I should add that yeah even the creators mightve been anti gay people in 2007 but that kinda just adds to what I'm saying about the time frame.
