#HackTheBase IoT Hub - Rent dedicated desk for $500 per month with access to IoT hardware and software
We are offering to rent two dedicated desks at our office in Vancouver downtown (Seymour St. and Nelson St.). The rent is $500 per desk per month. Please see the photo below.

You will get access to the hardware and software resources that can help you to work on your IoT project. Please see https://hackthebase.com/iot-hub-lab颅 for more details. If you don't have access to the LoRaWAN network, you can use the LoRaWAN gateway at the office. Data from the sensor you can access at The Things Network console. As a part of the rent, we are providing free four hours of consulting services per month for your IoT project. We organize regular event #HackTheBase IoT Garage for the Internet of Things and Open Hardware developers. Please see the video of the workshops we did in September. 1) Environment monitoring with The Things Network, InfluxDB, and Grafana

HackTheBase IoT Garage
Come to our office on Saturday 28th September 2019 and let鈥檚 build a system to collect data from sensors and to control devices by Particle Cloud. We will make a node with DHT/BME280 sensor wirelessly connected via LTE-M to the Particle Cloud. To see graphs in Grafana, we will build a Node.js application reading data from Particle Cloud and storing them in the time series database InfluxDB. To control a device, we will create a Node.js app.
We will do a webinar for the part how to build an IoT monitoring and automatization with Particle Cloud, InfluxDB, and Grafana. It starts at 1:00 PM PST.
We will use Docker to run the Node.js application for forwarding data from Particle Cloud to InfluxDB. As Docker instances, we will run the InfluxDB and Grafana so you will be able to run the entire environment on your machine.

HackTheBase IoT Garage
Come to our office on Saturday 21st September 2019 and let鈥檚 build a system to collect data from sensors and to control devices by MQTT. We will make a node with DHT/BME280 sensor wirelessly connected to the MQTT broker. To see graphs in Grafana, we will build a Node.js application reading data from MQTT and storing them in the time series database InfluxDB. To control a device, we will create a Node.js app with REST API.
We will do a webinar for the part how to build an IoT monitoring and automatization with MQTT, Node.js, InfluxDB, and Grafana. It starts at 1:00 PM PST.
We will use Docker to run the Node.js application for forwarding data from MQTT to InfluxDB. As Docker instances, we will run the MQTT broker (Mosquitto), InfluxDB and Grafana so you will be able to run the entire environment on your machine.
The number of seats in the office is limited, but the webinar will be available online for everyone who will register to the event. Please during RSVP answer the question, if you want to attend the event onsite or online. If you register for the online event, we will send you a link to the Webex.
