anyway posting some thoughts from the discord about how many 'irl relationship' things they're dealing with in ep7 and how much i am eating my mattress about it

they rushed into sex and ed regrets it and that doesn't stop it from having been consensual and fun but the fact that it was consensual and fun doesn't mean that it was a good idea

Oh yea. The wwdits fandom had a discourse because one of the episodes there are several animal hybrid characters played by little people. Someone from the fandom made a long ass post about it. Personally, I've always loved special effects makeup, and putting them on children so they can play small creatures feels worse to me. So basically, if you don't have the money for expensive puppets or CGI characters, don't write small creature characters.

But really i wouldn't mind if they went with the Sweet Tooth way; take young Sanji's actor, put a pair of horns on him, and call it a day.
