“And you wouldn’t?~” He teased, giving Kasumi a grin before pouting at her next words. “In my defense, I was hungry and they smelled good!” Not his fault that they were calling to him after a long day of work.

“Of course, though it should be the other way around, Mi-chan~”

“Aaawww...Kotobuki-senpai! Don’t be cruel!” He caught her red-handed. Kasumi loved her sweets,  nudging his arm in a playful manner, the girl pouted just like he was currently. How similar these two could act in the spur of the moment. 

“Okay, Okay, you win that round. Fast food always tastes good, especially after a long day of work.” Not that Kasumi had an actual job, but Poppin’ Party could always spiral into something more, though indie was their band’s current status. 

“Aaah...and since you mentioned it! Being a great senior and all! I humbly leave the payment of the ice cream to you!” A wide grin crossed her face shortly after.

“There is nothing fun for myself,” he said before pausing. “However, there is someone I care greatly for, but she is not here at the moment.” He had a feeling he would regret those words, and Peter wasn’t sure why he even spoke about Alice so suddenly like he did to this outsider.

“Regardless, this world is nothing like your own, so i would suggest finding a way home, or learning more about it should you choose to stay. However, you will need to find your own guide.” And preferably not him.

“Euhhh... you said something said again,” it almost made her feel gloomy that he couldn’t see the person that the rabbit admired. “If she’s not here then you should go to her! I’ll even come with you and keep you company! I heard a saying from my best friend O-Tae that rabbits can pass away from loneliness!” 

Sticking next to him, Kasumi pumped herself up with a giant wave of energy. “I’ll definitely find a way home later, after all, I’ve got homework to turn in on Monday!” Not that she did any of it yet.

      ─── ❝✶: Kira wasn’t sure if he had actually forgot what the girl was saying or if he had somewhat zoned out in the middle of the brunette speaking. It was probably a little mixture of both to be honest. Then again Kira wasn’t exactly going to admit that. Moving on.

   ❝Please refresh my memory.❞ Kira said. A brow then rose to what she said after that. ❛She can’t blame me, huh?❜ the idol thought with a brief hint of amusement. Then again she did a have a point to that. She did randomly come up to him and started telling him about how a band was late and hers sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Which did honestly confuse him at first, but he had gone along with it.

   ❝You got lost while looking for food?❞ Kira repeated just to make sure he heard her right. ❝Do you have a preference? I can perhaps show you place you can grab something quick to eat.❞

Aside from that rather harsh request of his for Kasumi, the girl whimpered. She didn’t mean to be a bother, she most absolutely doing her best to not cause any trouble today. All of her friends were telling her to be careful too, but... Kasumi was incredibly energetic that she had forgotten... despite her friends reminding her at least a hundred times earlier in the day and previous. 

“I can totally eat anything!” As long as it isn’t Natto, but not wanting to seem picky, she didn’t include that. “Anything and everything! A-As...as long it isn’t Natto..” Ah! She couldn’t believe she included that last part.

Truly, it was best that Kasumi and the rest of Poppin’ Party would never ever research about the reasons why he was called as such. Ryuu simply smiled and wished the other group the same. Later, there were cheers of fans as the trio went up stage and greeted them. Heck, there were even people waving with their lamp sticks that were battery-operated, changing colors with a press of a button. The applaud became even louder as the first song in the set list began playing, and those who knew the song by heart were yelling out the first chant before it was time for the three to sing with some dancing involved.

And there was Tenn winking with his signature finger gun aiming towards the front, inducing another scream from the fans.

For a moment everything seemed to be just a daze, these guys...were... total professionals! What were they doing at a simple outdoor festival like this? They should be performing in places like domes or or or in America, doing those tours!

“Aaahhh! Waaah! Girls! Look! Isn’t that so cool! Am I actually watching this backstage! I. think. I. see. stars! Somebody pinch m--EEOWWW!” Whipping her head to O-Tae, Kasumi pouted because she had actually been pinched, but O-Tae always took everything literally so she wore an innocent gaze after she had pinched their leader. 

With the girls waiting for Trigger to finish, Kasumi wanted to praise them but they were going on after the next band played their song so Kasumi had to get into focus. 

Once it was actually their turn though, Kasumi and her group did their huddle and shouted. “Let’s go! PoPiPa!” 

While strumming her guitar, the group and her started playing on of their more recent songs despite rehearsing a different song earlier in the day. “Good evening, everyone! We are, Poppin’ Party! Thanks for inviting us tonight! We hope you all have a sparkling time with this song of ours! And now--Without further ado! This is--Star beat! Hoshi no Kodou!”

“I love you too!” Otoya smiled happily, hugging her affectionately. He felt so good about Kasumi! It had been so many years since Ittoki felt light and truly happy that way. "I love you so so so much!“ He kissed her cheek. "You are everything to me, Kasumi-chan." And for a few moments, he even forgot about Tokiya. He loved his friend, of course, but no one was more important than Kasumi to Otoya. "Thank you for loving me the way I am, Kasumi-chan.”

Oh gosh. She was getting worked up over all this cuddly attention, which she didn’t dislike, no, quite contrary, she was in love with it all and him. “I should be the one saying that to you, Otoya. You always make me feel warm and loved, and I hope to continue doing so for you too.” The girl softly blushed while wrapping her arms tightly around his waist. He was definitely someone that made her days brighter. “Ah...My heart’s beating fast now...” Admitting her feelings was truly nerve-wracking, even if they were her honest beliefs.

“That sounds expensive and super fancy at the same time. Hmm, that sounds fun. ‘Poppin’ Party’, huh? What made you guys choose that name? You guys must be glad you’re not tied to some big shot manager who tells you what to do.”

“Euh? It really wasn’t all that expensive.” On the account of her getting a mega discount from her best friend. “Umm...We also chose that name because it sounded fun! Ah! And it sounds lively! Just like our music is!” 

Suddenly tapping her cheek, Kasumi hummed. “I can’t be sure of that either, you know? It’s not like we know many managers to begin with since we are indefinitely indie. Besides, they all can’t be bad, can they?” Stopping with all of that make stuff though, Kasumi turned to the guest in a curious form. “By the way, who are you?”

‘Nice guitar, never seen one like that before.” Joe looked at the guitar on the stage and smiled. “You got a nice voice, too. You in a band or going solo?” This might not be a bad way to unwind. I’m not really musically inclined, but if she needs a soundboard, I’m down.

“Nice?” Holding her guitar up to show off, Kasumi then childishly grinned. “It’s the best! You’re totally right, this is called an ESP Random Star.” Really pricey guitars, but Kasumi was fortunate to get her hands on it for practically free thanks to her best friend. 

“Hehe, a-anyways...I play for my band as the leading guitarist and vocalist for a group known as Poppin’ Party. We’re majorly just an indie group because it’s easier and more fun that way!”

Upon hearing Kasumi’s voice, Ryuu smiled and was about to give her a wave, when he felt the tackling from behind. Alongside her words together with her groupmates’, Gaku was shoving Tenn close to Ryuu, coercing him to swallow his pride, much to the disdain of the trio’s center. Upon seeing this, the brunet frowned slightly, concerned about how well the apology would go for both sides so that the issue would be resolved before the live.Tenn bowed down slightly, closing his eyes.

“Sorry about lashing out at you like that. It is indeed unprofessional for me to act like this towards you, considering that personal feelings should not get in the way of idol work.”

There it was again with the mechanical speeches, but Tenn added something else.

“And I wish you good luck on you and your group’s endeavors as well.”

Ryuu internally sighed in relief at the sight of Tenn’s smiling face, being angelic as always. Gaku teased a little at him.

“You becoming popular with those high-schoolers, Ryuu. As expected of the Ero Ero Beast.”

Ryuu blushed deeply, close to screaming as he spluttered out, “GAKU!!!”

Hopefully, the others wouldn’t take the joke a bit too seriously.

Coming to a halt when Tenn had come up to her to apologize, it really did take her by surprise. For him to go from super angry, to a delicate actual angel, it almost made her swoon, but there wasn’t any time for that. 

“Aah... No, I was...probably involving myself with something I shouldn’t have.” Kasumi had already forgotten about the long conversation over the course of the day, she felt it best to do that to better prepare herself for the concert that was about to be performed in front of massive stage. “But thank you.” The apology was all the worthwhile to her. 

 Or at least one of the larger ones, Kasumi’s group was better equipped for live houses and smaller stages. “Do your best out there yourself, umm... to all three of you. I’ve never seen an actual boyband play before.” A wave of excitement ran through the brunette while her eyes sparkled. 

Though that comment about Ryuu being an ero-ero beast had her also confused. “What’s an... Ero Ero Beast? Maybe Arisa will know.” Running off, Kasumi began yelling. “ARIIISAAA! What’s an Ero-Ero beast??” The entire backstage probably heard that one.

“Shut up! And what the heck do you think you’re saying!?” An annoyed voice could be heard after Kasumi had yelled that. 

Whimpering Kasumi turned back around and faced Trigger. “A-Anyways, do your best out there.” She still wanted to know.

“Awesome!” He chirped and soon was taking her hand and dragging her forward, “I’m Akiyama, Hayato, again! And you’ll love my friends, they are pretty awesome!” The male said enthusiastically. 

He was pretty sure his friends would love to meet the girl that he freaked out that one time. “Anyways, what your friends look like? How many are there?” Hayato asked once more with a grin.

Becoming just slightly nervous as Hayato grabbed her hand, she was at least happy to get formalities out of the way. 

“Aah, my friends? I’ve got four of them with me. One of them has blonde pigtails, another wears her hair up in a brown ponytail, the other two wears their hair down, but one is a short bob cut and then the other has super long hair.” Thinking more deeply on it Kasumi jumped. “Ah! And that’s not all, we’re all part of a band!” Kasumi shouted at the end.

“Ah! That’s pretty understandable,” He…had thought about that day. And Hayato realized after telling his friends of this story of meeting the girl, half of them had hit his head and lectured him.

“Er, I’m actually here with my friends so…if you want, you can come see them if you like. If you have friends as well with you we can all hang out together,” Hayato said grinned.

Truth be told Kasumi had gotten separated from her friends because she carelessly ran ahead without paying attention. Perhaps it would be best to go with someone she knew rather than circle around in a state of anxiety. 

“Ahhh...Sure!” Kasumi smiled brightly. “I’d be happy to meet your friends! Mine are... somewhere at the park.” Kasumi chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of her neck. “I’m Toyama Kasumi again, by the way.”

“W-woah hey hold on now!” Hayato was waving his hands up.

Honestly, he thought that surprising the girl again would have been fun and happy. But she sounded like he was going to attack her! Which he wasn’t. “I just wanted to know if you’re liking the park!”

“U-Uuhh....” Perhaps she overreacted some. “I’m, of course, enjoying myself.” It is an amusement park after all, so unless you disliked rides and carnival related activities, there was no reason to not have fun. 

“Sorry for overreacting, I just wasn’t expecting to bump into you, since last time our meeting was... strange?” She didn’t really know how to describe their first meeting.

Reiji was quick to catch her disappointed stare, and he made a mental note to perform something more amazing next time for her. There were those dances from that one game he couldn’t remember, and those seemed to be popular on the internet.

“And next time it’ll be even more amazing, Mi-chan~!”

Oops. The brunette hoped she didn’t offend her senior in any way, Kasumi would never want to be rude to someone she so deeply admired and respected. “Huehue!” Well, old challenges and trends aside, she wasn’t going to put her senior down any longer. “Un! I’ll be looking forward to that day, Kotobuki-senpai!” So long as it wasn’t Fortnite.

Once he saw the girl running past him and was screaming that she was late, a laugh escaped his lips for a moment with a shake of his head. 

‘Ah, she was truly something else,’ He thought as he then placed his hands into his pockets and was soon making his way out the school and going home. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Yuzuru was singing to himself as he was cooking some lunch for later for him and Kasumi, thankfully the Young Master had left early after getting his breakfast and lunch to go since he had classes early and some of his classmates had asked to meet with him.

Meaning that Yuzuru had his own time.

Smiling, he kept singing the song as he was packing everything up, and soon was out the door. He knew later made him feel happy and excited to meet up with the girl.

What…was this feeling?

While skipping off to the school, Kasumi walked with all of her friend’s who were just giving her buzzing stares. While she hummed at every little thing, Kasumi from the looks of it seemed to be a girl who was hit with love. 

Several students and friends of her kept repeating how cupid must’ve come down and shot an arrow in her butt. Though it didn’t mind the girl because it was true in the sense that she was in love. 

Going back to her dorm, Kasumi picked out a lovely dress to wear, something refreshing and soothing. Shortly heading out the door after getting ready, Kasumi then skipped to a heartful beat before looking around, “hmm..he should be around here somewhere. Ah!” Snickering, Kasumi slowly crept in a sneaky manner before wrapping her arms around the idol’s waist. “F-o-u-n-d.... you~” Kissing his cheek, the girl rested her head on his shoulder. 

“Did I make you wait long? I know I have a habit of being late for things...ehuehue...” Perhaps not the best things to laugh at but to her, it was the best way to shake off her anxiety. 

Moving her eyes over, Kasumi noticed the lovely array of dishes. And her heart palpated. D-did he...really prepare all of this for the two of them? “O-Oh, Yuzuru...” Her heart skipped a beat.

Naturally, Hokuto was moving in the water and peeking over the opening of the wall that seperated both boys and girl side, seeing his girlfriend and Tsuyuri singing and blinked, “Kasumi?”

“Idiot!” Mao was trying to grab him back but…no one could withstand Hokuto being laser focused on hearing his girlfriend and sighed. Looks like they were found out. 

Makoto shyly waved as Subaru was waving enthusiastically.  “Hi hi!” The orange haired male shouted, and this caused the other girls around to squeal out in panic and surprise, except for Tsuyuri and maybe Kasumi.

Jumping when Kasumi heard all of the girls scream for some reason, it had Kasumi wondering what was wrong until she found the source. The boys, “oh! Looks like they found us.” Wait...how long were they just watching them? turning to Tsuyuri, Kasumi began poking her cheek, she seemed really out of it. 

“Huh. She looks like me whenever I finish taking a test,” completely out of it. Perhaps it was because Mako-chan probably heard them talking to each other on how she felt about him. But Kasumi herself didn’t think about that at the time. 

While extending her arm, Kasumi waved. “Oh? It’s--H-Hokuto and the others.” Why did she suddenly feel embarrassed all of a sudden? Normally such things wouldn’t bother her, but Hokuto was staring so deeply at her, it made her feel, nervous. 

“A-ah...” What should she say? Her heart was beating a little fast.

“Pizza sounds good. I know a good italian pizzaria that’s pretty homey and has the best garlic knots,” He told her as he then was smiling when she was placing the band-aids on.

But then she was removing her shirt and his eyes widened, face flushed. Hokuto.exe wasn’t working at at the moemnt oh god was it getting hot in here why was everything spinning did he just see heave—-

“Huh?” Hokuto blinked for a moment as he heard her and then…seeing her in his sweater was….something about him made his heart clench in a good way, and he softened. ‘She looks good in my clothes‘ He thought as he was walking towards her and was wrapping his arms around her, looking at her reflection in the mirror, “Glad it suits you,”

“Let’s get going,” The idol was taking her hand and once he had grabbed his essentials like wallet, keys and phone, plus his jacket, the two were then heading out and walking hand in hand. “The pizzaria is actually walking distance, so we don’t need a ride or anything,” He explained.

Plus, it was a nice night to walk together. Very romantic, he thought to himself, thinking he had earned the romantic points.

“Aaah~ Sounds delicious,” she could hardly wait. Simply thinking about it all made Kasumi even hungrier. And then she jumped and softly smiled when Hokuto wrapped his arms around her. “Hehe... well I’m sure I’ll say the same for you if I ever see you wearing this.” He’d definitely look dashing wearing this turtleneck. 

Ah. She truly felt like staying just like that for a while longer, but she was honestly feeling so famished that she’d wait until later. “Ah! That’s pretty neat, I’m glad it’s within walking distance. It’ll give us a chance to just walk hand in hand.” Resting her head on his shoulder, Kasumi let out a soft sigh. 

“I really like spending time alone with you, you know? It’s nice hanging out with the others, but I’ve been really learning to enjoy our times when it’s just you and I.” Kasumi confessed while offering a nervous smile because she didn’t want to seem rude since she was speaking about wanting to spend more time alone with Hokuto rather than as a group with all of their friends.

...Both the boys froze, and looked at each other as Makoto was almost sinking into the water, and Hokuto was cupping his own blushing face. 

“Eh? Yuri-chan and and Kasu-chan?!” Subaru yelled out but Mao was covering his mouth already as all the boys ducked underwater.

“Awwwww~” Squealing over how cute she was Kasumi got a little...handsy? 

“Don’t think so negatively! I bet Mako-chan would be the luckiest man in the world to have you! You’re so cute and tiny! And sweet!” With a tiny grope there, the other females had such mixed views, but they all whispered over how that was very Kasumi like of her, still, a bit much perhaps?

Hearing Yuri-chan cry out for her not to fondle her so, Kasumi only did so, but on the account of hearing familiar voices. “Euh? Wait, was that?” As the girls, all looked at each other, “Hm? What do you think was that?” It sounded like, “perhaps it was a monkey that sounded just like Subaru-kun?” Scratching her head that seemed rather far-fetched, even for her. 

Deciding to test if it was really whom she thought it to be, Kasumi put a finger to her mouth and just started singing for all to hear, she even tried getting Yuri-chan or anyone else to sing with her since it had to be a song everyone at the school knew...

“Go way! Starting from here (Starting the life) With this light called possibility Go as you compose the future, Rebellion Stars! Goodbye to the days flowing by
