Winter is a cruel beast

Beating you down

Keeping you cold

Feeling alone

But then

The sun still rises

Life can feel like the warmth of the sun

Or as cold as ice

You can float in the breeze

Or be stuck in the mud

Who knows what tomorrow's forecast will bring

But there is one thing you can do

Prepare for all seasons

Imagine a world

Floating in the universe

And then there is you

How can I miss you?

When I can't accept that you 

Are gone forever

Words cut deep

But love, that seeps

Seeps deeper than any words you see

Because those that say words

Want you to weep

But with those who love you

That's where you feel warm and sleep

Take comfort in knowing

Those words that cut deep

Will never stop the love you keep

Pollen fills the air

And brushes my nose, achoo!

A park full of green

Oh, New York City

New York never sleeps

But never being at rest

Makes you sleep deprived
