“Mixed babies are so cute”

I hate this ‘compliment’ so much because race is a fabricated way to catalogue people and it generally sounds like they think my husband and I are nearly a separate spiecies like a zebra and donkey making a zonkey. I would prefer them to say “mixing skin tones makes cute babies” or something if they have to go there at all. It almost makes me feel like they are assuming procreation is the ONLY reason to get married ..... and we all know the real reason to get married is so you can get those sweet tax deductions and lock down a decent piece of ass.

Life tip: don’t label yourself til you find a comfortable place to be

Be flexible and let yourself stretch out to fill your universe. Expect to be surprised by things and be willing to try something different. I’m the weirdest person you could ever know and I LOVE the way I am now. Find a partner who makes you feel alone: as in that comfortable feeling when you have no walls up, but also surrounded even when your apart. This sounds like a paradox; this person exists for you however. You have to be in receptive mode when they find you so work on you and don’t worry about the rest. You may never grow up and that’s ok. My 80 year old and texted me “I need a good picture of a dick” and knowing she just needed to smile my 32 year old self found a good size meat log and sent the pic over pronto. YOU DO YOU every day!!
