I was thinking about how if Hazel telling Gale she loved him was real for her or not and it got me thinking.

My original thought was no, because it's her first romantic anything and they literally just met. BUT, thinking further the whole journey kinda has the Love Island effect, where you're spending large amounts of time with people that you would normally only see a few times a week at most. Add on to that the ever looming threat of death via tadpole or some random enemy plus the shared trauma if the whole experience. It'd be very easy to form deep feelings in that short space of time.

In conclusion, Hazel does truly love Gale at the time of the act 2 scene. Probably scares the hell out her though.

But then tha got me really thinking about a tav who with whatever companion they are with, who realizes after the journey that the emotions were just heightened and they don't really feel as deeply about their partner as they thought. Or just plain old realizing the relationship isn't going to work for one reason or another. Anyway much to consider.

Being autistic and also a Hyperpop/breakcore/ect enjoyer is really funny bc the sounds of being outside in the real world are often so tiring to me but if I wanna unwind and have a good time I will listen to the the most unnatural noises conjured up by evil computers and specifically designed to make your head explode. awesome
