A/n: this is my first time writing so pls be nice to me 🥺

Story: Tsukishima managed to convince you to try wearing lenses now the problem is to get them out.

I should’ve stayed with my glasses.

You knew it was a bad idea the second you had managed to put your first lens on, but your boyfriend insisted that you should “finish what you started”. You should’ve known better than to listen to him because now it’s 10pm your eyes are dry, red and irritated and you’ve spent at least 1 hour trying to get your lenses out.

“Kei” you screamed out from the bathroom waiting for your boyfriend to come help you and soon enough he was peeking in. “What do you want?” At the sound of his voice you turned around and opened the door wider while tugging him inside the bathroom. “Get them out, I can’t do this anymore. This was /your/ idea kei now get them out” Kei’s golden eyes widened slightly and a frown formed on his lips. “Surely you don’t want me to-..touch your eyeballs-..do that yourself it’s unhygienic” you felt your eye twitch at his words and pulled him to the sink so he could wash his hands. “If you can eat ass surely you can take the lenses out of my eyes, now get to it” huffing you sat down and waited for these plastic bits to finally free your eyes. “Technically you’re not supposed to take them out in the bathr-“ “I don’t care” he glared at you and sighed. “Don’t come crying to me when you get an eye infection” deciding to ignore that comment so he could just get started you but your tongue and opened your eyes wide to him. Kei smirked as he leaned closer to your face finding your wide eyed expression adorable. “Okay don’t move” his fingers made contact with your eye and you unconsciously blinked. “I’m never gonna get it out if you blink when I touch your eye” “I didn’t blink” “yes you did” “no” you said and pointed at your eye “it’s open now go ahead” he shook his head slightly and tried again but once again you blinked. This went on for a while and soon enough you and Kei were bickering. “I told you to not move” “I’m not moving!” “You literally are y/n” “am not” “you’re annoying” “am not” and then another sigh. After about 30 minutes Kei had managed to get one lens out. After he threw the disposable lens away he turned you slightly to get your other eye facing him. “Alright let’s do this again from the top” you said and snapped your fingers jokingly. “I will leave you in this bathroom to deal with it yourself if we have to do everything ‘from the top’” he said and held his pointer and middle finger up in the air bending them slightly to air quote.

You just smiled and shook your head knowing he would do it all from the the top if he had to, and the way the side of his lip curled up in the tiniest of smiles further confirmed this theory of yours.

After all that hard work you were finally snuggled up in bed with Kei, his big shirt hanging loosely on your body and his arms wrapped tightly around your waist.

“I can’t believe we actually had to do it all from the top..I hate you” he muttered against your hair and you couldn’t help the laugh that left your lips. “I love you too Kei”

I expected to be sad and empty in the wake of Haikyuu, but it turns out that all I can feel is gratitude. I could try for a year and not be able to express everything I feel about this series. Thank you, Furudate-sensei, for 8 and a half years of hard work; thank you for letting us meet these characters; and thank you for showing us all that volleyball is fun.

There are 5 lessons a villain falling in love needs to know.

1. Approach them gently, unlike how you approach your victims.

“Hi. I'm Todoroki Shoto,” A man introduced himself to you as you were walking by an alley- a shortcut you took when you desperately needed to get to work.

You dropped your bag at what you heard. Fear clouded your eyes as the infamous villain Shoto stood before you.

You grabbed your phone quickly, dialing Deku's number with shaking hands and before you knew it, it was stolen.

“Sorry, can't let you do that,” Todoroki apologized, stuffing your phone into his pocket as he ran a hand through his hair.

Okay, but you gotta admit that for a villain, his looks were beyond heroes.

“W-what do you want?!” You asked, stammering. Todoroki laughed, a gentler laugh than what you've heard on TV.

“Nothing, really. I've been watching you for months and I finally have the courage to introduce myself to you,” He answered, giving that killer smile that you swore made you forget that he was one of the most dangerous villains in Japan.

As baffled as you were, he took a step closer to you.

“L/N Y/N. From now on, I'm gonna win your heart,” He declared.

You were screwed.

2. Be a secret to ensure their safety.

“Well you look happier than usual,” Deku commented as he passed by your desk.

“Ah, Deku-sama! I-it's nothing,” You waved off, quickly hiding the phone you were once on. Deku raised his eyebrows, laughing at how flushed your cheeks are.

“If you say so,” He smiled before leaving. You let out a relieved sigh.

“Oh! Y/n-san, bring the documents you told me about in my office today, okay?” He requested, looking back at you to make sure you heard.

“Yes, sir!” You answered while nodding, swallowing the lump in your throat as you couldn't bring to tell your boss what was happening.

Your phone rang.

“Hey, why aren't you answering my texts?” Todoroki asked, and you could tell he was pouting from the other side of the phone. You giggled at how such a child he can be.

“Deku-sama talked to me,”

“Oh, you didn't say anything about me, right?” His voice was coated with a little bit of panic.

“Don't worry, Sho. I didn't say anything. I got you, okay?”

“Okay, thank you y/n. I just want you safe,” You heard him sigh. You knew all he wanted was your safety, and you couldn't complain about that.

You said your goodbyes to each other before hanging up, guilt creeping up onto you as you stared at the phone in your hand.

You couldn't tell Deku the truth because of a factor in your relationship with the villain.

Shoto Todoroki was true to his word.

He competed in a race for what he called love,

And he won your heart.

3. Assure them that you're safe.

“We're here live in the Kamino Ward as Pro-hero Deku squares off against Villain Shoto after a robbing incident of one of the most expensive jewels in Japan,” The TV reporter announced as a chopper was flying across Kamino, showcasing the two enemies- and once UA classmates and close friends -Todoroki Shoto and Midoriya Izuku.

Your eyes were glued to the LED screen in your office, tears welling up in your eyes as you saw Todoroki with a gravely injured arm.

“Sho, please come home,” You whispered, hands clasping together as if you were praying to every god out there to at least have Todoroki alive and breathing.

In the blink of an eye, Todoroki had made a massive ice wall, fending off anyone who tried to chase him. Once Deku destroyed it, the dual-haired boy was once again nowhere to be found.

Nobody knew he came home to you.

4. Treat them like they're your entire world.

“Good morning,” Todoroki greeted as you stepped out of the bedroom, wearing his shirt and sported messy bed hair.

“Mhm, good morning Sho,” You say back, sitting on a chair as he gave you a plate full of bacon and eggs.

“Y/n?” He called your name exactly how he always called it, so gentle, so sweet. You look up at him, bacon still in your mouth as he took in your disheveled appearance.

“You're the best thing to have happened in my life, you know that right?” He asked, not once breaking eye contact as he caressed your cheek. You nodded slowly, curious as to what brought this on.

He noticed your look of confusion and laughed.

Who would've known Todoroki Shoto had one of the most beautiful laughs in the world?

“Don't look at me like that. I just wanna make sure you know,” He told you, placing himself behind you as he engulfed you in a hug.

He nibbled your ear and whispered,

“I love you.”

5. You don't.

“Y/N,

I regret to inform you that I have left the vicinity of your house. You may not ever see me again, at least in person. I don't know what you were thinking but I'm a villain. I do crimes for fun, I do it for a living. I cheat, I play tricks, and I lie. With that, I would like to thank you for the information I got about Deku and the other heroes working at your agency while I was staying in your house. I know I used you, but you really should've known better.

I'm sorry to say, but a villain like me is incapable of loving you.

- Shoto”

Your tears fall onto the letter in your hand, head falling on your lap as you cried out loud at how your heart was stepped on and shattered.

Shoto was actually watching you discreetly from your window, fists clenched at his sides, teeth biting down his lips as he stopped himself from coming into your house, and coming back to you.

He was a villain. He doesn't fall in love.
