Don’t you think you’re diversity rule is lacking? Some people with 3 characters only have 1 POC, which means 1/3 and not half. Wouldn’t it better to have every other characters be POC?



Hey, anon! Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here, but requiring that half our players' characters be BIPOC would essentially be the same as requiring every other character to be BIPOC. For example: if someone originally apps for a ciswhite character, their next would then be required to be BIPOC. We cannot, and will not, force people to write one extra character if they choose then to pick up a third and use a white fc. On top of that, we do value and encourage diversity in this group— including gender non-conforming muses, neurodivergent muses, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community— and we regularly post surveys that we encourage all of our members to fill out where we ask for feedback in all of the places where we can be better. We are, of course, always open to learning and growing in all the ways we can be more inclusive, but in this case, it does seem like we are on the same page, just using different verbiage :)
