actually one of my strongest byler arguments is the fact that i did not ship it whatsoever until season 4. i had watched and rewatched s1-s3 more times than i can count and never once considered it. i definitely suspected will being gay, and when i first saw someone suggest he had feelings for mike i thought yeah that would make sense. but s4 truly changed everything, and that's not for nothing! it was written to make the audience consider byler as a possibility, and sure, the genpop probably didn't catch on completely, but the fact that there was such a big byler surge post s4 is really indicative of what the writers wanted to accomplish

has anyone noticed that the place where the four gates meet in s4 is the same place where will was found in the UD in s1… the library … hm

that teaser gave us almost nothing but i actually feel so confident in byler rn... like not a single milkvan scene... they are seemingly nowhere near each other for most of the season... mike and will paired up for everything... if that's not leading towards byler idk what is. also, seeing as will is likely gonna be dealing mostly with the supernatural plot, that gives mike plenty of time to confront his feelings hehehe
