You both hate each other but slowly start developing feelings after one of you share an interest in music or a movie or something else love your writing xx
– thanks so much x but this turned out real long sorry –
“So is it just the two of us tonight?” you asked your friend sarcastically, eyeing the many packs of beer and chips she was laying out on the table. She snickered, “no, I’ve invited a bunch of people for a get-together since we haven’t had one in a while. Is that cool with you?”
“Yeah, that’s fine. Who’s coming?”
“Just some friends, some from work, some from that gig I went to a couple of weeks ago.. Oh, and uh..” Her gaze dropped to the floor and you knew she had invited her, you just knew.
“You invited Ashley, didn’t you?” folding your arms, you cocked an eyebrow. She knew just how much you hated Ashley Frangipane, yet she still managed to invite her to any party, get-together or small gathering you hosted, even though she wasn’t a close friend. She obviously wanted the two of you to get along, but you knew that wasn’t possible. You had taken a dislike to her the first day you had met her, junior year of high school. She had been popular and had way too many friends and you just got a bad vibe from her. She obviously felt the same way, since every time the two of you would cross paths, she’d roll her eyes or whisper something to her friends. She wasn’t all to blame though, since you did the exact same. You two just didn’t get along, and that was the end of it.
“I’m sorry, but she’s really nice if you actually got to know her.”
“I don’t want to get to know her” you spat - just the thought of having a conversation with her made you pissed, “whatever, I’ll just avoid her for the night.” You could tell your roommate was sad that you wouldn’t even try befriending her, but you didn’t care; she’d just have to be grateful that you were letting the party happen in the first place.
——————————————————————
Your roommate’s get-together had turned out to be much bigger than expected, with the apartment being full of drunk, sweaty 20-something-year-olds grinding on each other like teenagers. It had been three hours, and no one seemed to be even thinking about going home; you knew it was going to be a long and sleepless night, you were just glad you didn’t have work the next day.
The air in the apartment had become heavy to the point of being almost suffocating, so you squeezed past the people dancing and made your way outside, beer in hand. You found two people sitting outside, talking. You were about to introduce yourself and apologise for intruding when you realised who was sitting there; out of all the people at the party you had the luck to bump into the one person you hated most.
“It was great catching up, Ash. I’ll text you sometime.” The boy she was with stood up from the sun lounger and flashed you a smile, clearly intoxicated, before making his way back inside, leaving just you and Ashley. There was an awkward silence as you sat down, sipping your beer and making a point of not sparing her a glance.
After what felt like forever, she spoke up. “Is there a reason you hate me?”
“I could ask you the same thing.” you retorted, still refusing to look at her.
“You were a bitch to me in high school.”
“Well, you were a bitch to me, so what’s your point?” and you left the conversation there, knowing that it would take you nowhere. The silence that followed wasn’t awkward, only energised from the annoyance you both felt towards each other. Finally looking over at her, you noticed a familiar guitar propped up against a chair beside Ashley.
“Isn’t that Emma’s?” you referred to your roommate and the host of the party.
“Yeah, sorry. Some people asked me to play a couple songs and I was gonna put it back but then I got distracted and yeah.. sorry.”
You chuckled; you had never seen the awkward side of Ashley, she always seemed so confident. “It’s cool. So you play?”
“Yeah, I’ve been told I’m not too bad.”
“That’s cool. I’ve been wanting to pick it up for a while now, but all the teachers are super expensive.” You took another sip of beer, feeling the blue-haired girl’s gaze on you but not reciprocating it.
“I could teach you. You know, if you want.”
You turned to her, raising an eyebrow, “really? You’d be willing to teach me? For how much?”
“No charge.”
“I thought you said you hated me,” you smirked, but her face remained without emotion, replying with a simple “you want to learn, I’ll teach you. Doesn’t matter how I feel about you.” You found it strange that she would do this for free, but you had to take what you could get, so you smiled and outstretched her hand, which she shook firmly.
“Tomorrow. 5pm.”
———————————————————–
It was your 8th lesson, your third week of being taught by Ashley, and you had realised that - no matter how much it pained you to admit it - your roommate had been right. Ashley was a nice person, and the two of you couldn’t even remember why you had hated each other so much previously; it was almost like you had been friends for much longer than three weeks.
She was sat in front of you, dictating chords for you to strum out, testing how much you remembered from your other lessons.
“F sharp.” she ordered, and you groaned.
“You know I always forget that one, Ash.”
She laughed, the room seeming to light up with her smile. “We go over it every lesson. Here,” she moved her chair closer to yours, your knees touching as she placed your fingers over the right places. “There, now remember that because I’m not teaching you-” she looked up from the guitar and noticed how close your faces were. Well, this was now or never.
You closed the small distance between you, pressing your lips to hers, she kissed back straight away, a small smile tugging at your lips as she did so. “You want to learn, I’ll teach you. Doesn’t matter how I feel about you.” you mocked, “bullshit, you totally wanted to get into my pants.” She laughed, rolling her eyes and mumbling a “shut up” before kissing you again.
You definitely weren’t giving up on guitar now.

Ash teaching you how to iceskate, its all really cute until you break something
“Can’t we just stay by the sides? Where it’s safe? Where Iwon’t break a fucking bone?” You whined, earning an eye roll and a smile fromAshley. She had taken you ice skating as an impromptu date, and inconvenientlykept it as a surprise, so you weren’t given the opportunity to tell her thatyou had never done such a thing before, and so sucked at it.
Your lack of experience didn’t seem to faze her at all, andshe tried to persuade you that you’d do great, encouraging you to let go of theborder almost as soon as you got inside of the rink. You weren’t as confidentas her, and clung to the sides for dear life, convinced that if you let go foreven a second you’d fall and die. Okay, maybe not die, but definitely breaksomething.
“C’mon babe, just let go. I promise you won’t fall, I won’tlet that happen.” By then you had grasped the basics, and were able to glide onthe ice without almost no problems, but that didn’t mean you weren’t stillscared.
“Fine. But I’m trusting you. You better not break that trust.”
A smile appeared on Ashley’s lips and she leaned in to giveyou a quick kiss, mumbling “I wouldn’t dream of it”, before guiding you awayfrom the sides and closer to the middle, where the more professional skaterswere skimming across the ice as if it was the easiest thing in the world. Theywere definitely intimidating, and you wondered how Ashley wasn’t bothered bythem.
Taking your hand, your girlfriend skated with you, first ata slow and steady pace but she began to go faster and probably thought youwouldn’t notice.
“Ash! Slow down!” You squealed, your eyes wide with terror, your arms stretched in front of you as you expected to faceplant the ice at anygiven moment. Ashley laughed, not stopping; she probably thought your panic washilarious. “Ash, I’m serious!”
“Aw, c’mon Y/N, have some fun. You’ll get used to it quickerif you go faster.” And with that, her speed increased, and you were goingalmost as fast as the other professionals. She seemed to be having the time ofher life, but you let go of her hand, knowing you couldn’t trust her to stopand deciding to try doing it yourself.
You tried to remember how Ashley had taught you, somethingabout turning your foot and dragging it? You couldn’t remember the exacttechnique, but decided to try it anyway, and with your attempt, you realizedthat you had stopped way too fast, the brake throwing you forward and straightonto your arm. A jolt of pain was felt from your wrist and you screamed; Ashleywas at your side in seconds, calling for help.
It wasn’t long before your girlfriend had rushed you to thehospital, and many x-rays had been taken to diagnose whatever had happened toyour wrist. The doctor had left the room to collect the x-rays, leaving you andAshley to sit silently together in the small room, both wishing that the otherwould speak up first. Eventually, you spoke, mumbling “you promised youwouldn’t let me fall.”
Ashley looked heartbroken, like she had betrayed youeternally. She spoke fast, as if thinking you would cut her off mid-sentenceand leave. “I know. I’m so, so, so, so sorry, baby. I got ahead of myself andthen I didn’t realize you had let go and the next thing I knew you were on thefloor and God, I’m so sorry.”
A smile played on your lips, she was taking this much moreseriously than you were, and you found that hilarious, deciding to tease her.“I don’t know if I forgive you. You betrayed me pretty bad, and I don’t know ifI can be with you after you did something like that…”
Ashley must have caught on, as she cocked an eyebrow andfrowned, instantly asking “you want me to bake you cookies, don’t you?”
“You know me so well.” You grinned, pressing your lips tohers.

One where something bad happens and you resort to your self destructive methods of dealing with it (drink, drugs) and Ashley is the only one who can stop you because of how you feel about her!
—– This one turned out long af and really shitty whoops sorry bout that —–
It had been two months since it had happened. An entire 60 days. Over that kinda time, you would’ve thought a person would get over something like this, or if they didn’t get over it, they would’ve surely been able to cope enough to make it seem like they had gotten over it. That definitely wasn’t the case for you. The death had impacted you more than you had ever thought it would, and you had resorted to a trusty old friend, Jack Daniels, to help you.
Your aunt had been much more than your mother’s sibling, she had been a great friend to you. She accepted you when you thought nobody would, she supported you through everything and kept you going during the darkest of moments, so it was understandable why her death had sent you into such a dispirited mood. The only thing that helped you get through it was the alcohol. Sure, it wasn’t great for you but it helped you to forget, and that was all you really needed at this point in time.
You downed the last of the bottle of whiskey and placed it roughly down onto the floor, and by roughly I mean dropping it without a single fuck given. Fortunately, the glass didn’t smash, but it made a loud enough thud to alert the people currently also in the apartment, namely Ashley. You hadn’t realized that she had been here in the first place, but when she came in, she was still wearing her jacket, indicating that she had just arrived.
“What happened? Are you okay?”
“I’m fiiiinnnneeeee” you dragged out the word, which made you laugh, but apparently she hadn’t gotten the joke, as she just seemed to become more concerned for you, walking over and picking up the empty bottle by your bed.
“Did you drink all of this?”
“Not all of it, just a teeny-weeny bit of it.” She wasn’t convinced, that clearly showed on her perfect features, and she sighed before leaving the room. You called after her, asking her to check if there was any whiskey left, but silence was the only response you got, which made you frown. You didn’t like it when she ignored you because that meant she was angry at you, and you liked that even less. It meant less of a chance of her returning the feelings you had for her, and that made you really fucking depressed, so you drank some more.
This time, however, you were drinking from an empty bottle, so you called Ashley again, wondering that maybe she hadn’t heard you the first time and she would bring you the alcohol you requested if you just asked again. But, again, you got nothing in response, and so you waited until she came back, a glass of water in her hand.
“Here. Drink.” She ordered, handing you the glass and staring at you coldly as you obeyed her, taking small sips. It was silent between the two of you for a while, and you couldn’t think of anything to say that didn’t involve your undying love for her, but she eventually spoke up.
“Why are you doing this? You realize you’re completely ruining yourself right?”
You wanted to object, to tell her that you were in control of your drinking, but you knew you would be lying to her, and so kept quiet. Sighing, she sat down beside you, taking a long moment before she spoke again.
“I don’t want to see you like this, I care about you too much.” You breath caught and your entire body stiffened, but as always, you didn’t know if her words had any romantic meaning to them, or if they were just friendly attempts of comfort. “I know that you’re going through a lot, I know that your aunt meant a lot to you, but this really isn’t the way to cope with it. Please stop drinking, for me?”
Your heart was beating faster than you had ever felt before, and you couldn’t really form words at that moment. That was the funny thing about Ashley; she could sober you up in seconds with her words, and it always amazed you.
Not really being able to speak, you settled for a small nod, which left a large smile on her lips, and without even realizing it, soon you were smiling too. “Thank you, Y/N. But you have to do it; you can’t just say you’re going to stop drinking and not even do it.”
Again, you only managed a nod, and she stood, pressing her soft lips against your cheek before saying her goodbyes and giving a reason for her sudden departure, something about her producer; you weren’t really listening at that point, you only had one thing on your mind.
“I love you.” You murmured as she left, expecting her to be out of earshot by then, so you were surprised when she came back inside, looking confused. “What was that?”
“N-Nothing. Nothing.” you shook your head wildly, and she smiled, telling you that if you needed anything, you just had to give her a call. In your drunken state, it would’ve been easy to tell her your true feelings, to tell her that you had loved her from the moment you had met her, but you knew this wasn’t the time or place to do it. It would just have to wait.

can you do one where you and ashley are fighting and she thinks youre going to hit her?
“Oh my god, could you shut up for one second? This may come as a surprise to you, but I don’t want to hear about your problems right now! I’m trying to write a song and your constant moaning isn’t helping."
Shocked was an understatement. She had never shouted at you before, and even though you try to remain calm, you could feel something boiling inside you as soon as the words had left her mouth. You had had the shittiest day ever, and you had wanted to come home to Netflix and a bunch of cuddling, but instead had come home to a stressed Ashley.
“Oh, I see how it is. You can nag away about all of the problems in your life and I have to listen but god forbid that I ever bring up my problems-”
“When have I ever talked about my problems? I-”
“I just can’t get any ideas flowing, fans keep stopping me in the streets, my life is so hard. Boo hoo.”
She seemed shocked by your words, and you were quite shocked by them too, guilt flowing through every vein in your body. Too late to stop now.
“Well you need to fucking understand that just because I’m not doing a shitty office job like you, doesn’t mean that I can’t be fucking stressed.” . The two of you were shouting so loud you were sure the neighbours could hear you, but at this point you didn’t give a single fuck.
You threw your hands up in frustration; you hated that Ashley thought every job in an office was shitty, when that wasn’t at all the case. About to make a smart remark, you were left speechless when you saw her covering her face with her hands, as if she was expecting a hit.
You realized what it must have looked like, and you lowered your hands, guilt visible on your features. After a few moments of silence, she finally lowered her hands, looking confused as to why it hadn’t come yet.
“You thought I was going to hit you?” Your voice was weak, barely audible, and she quickly shook her head, trying to cover up her actions.
“No, no, I just..” She shook her head again, quickly wiping away a tear that had fallen. “I don’t know why I did that.”
You embraced her, not able to believe that you fought so much that she actually thought you were going to hit her. “I’m sorry. For everything.”
She broke down after your apology; making a patch of tears on your shoulder, and you didn’t mind one bit. You traced small circles on her back as she cried, hugging her tighter every time you heard a sob, until you were sure that you couldn’t get any closer.
“I would never hit you, Ash. I can’t promise you that neither of us will be stressed ever again, or that we’ll never fight again, but I can promise you that I would never try to hurt you, ever. Okay?”
You felt a faint nod, followed by a fragile, breaking voice. “Okay.”

Youre insecure that youre overweight
—– Thanks for the request! —–
You had been insecure about your weight ever since you could remember, and the fans had not been making life easier for you. You scrolled through your Twitter feed, reading the hurtful comments people had aimed at you, and slowly began to think that Ashley thought these things too. You began to question your entire relationship with her; why was she with you in the first place?
“I’m home.” You heard a familiar voice call out, and you quickly wiped away the tears that you hadn’t realized had spilled. Normally you would go and meet her, but you seemed rooted to your seat on your shared bed, and you thought that seeing her would just bring the pain back.
“y/n?” Ashley slowly walked into the bedroom, and upon seeing your tear stained cheeks ran over to you, cupping your cheeks, a worried expression on her features.
“Oh my god, what’s wrong?” You quickly shook your head, locking your phone so she wouldn’t see the tweets.
“Please, y/n, tell me what’s wrong.” Her voice was soft and caring and it made you break down, tears spilling once again.
“Ash, look at you, and then look at me. I mean, you’re skinny and beautiful and perfect, and I’m.. not.”
“What are you talking about? You are perfect and you are beautiful, okay? Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Please, I don’t want to see you like this, I love you so fucking much and I don’t want you thinking things like that.” A reassuring smile appeared on her lips and you smiled too, out of appreciation.
“I love you.”

Can you writr and imagine based off of the song undo by the 1975 i know its going to be hard
—– You’re right it was hard, and it probably turned out shit so sorry —–
I wanna see you but you’re not mine
A couple of one night stands, that was all they were. That was all she meant to you. Well, that was all she was supposed to mean to you. You had developed undeniable feelings for the girl, but you told yourself on a daily basis that she had a boyfriend, that it was meaningless sex, that it was better if you pushed the feelings away and made sure they didn’t surface again.
She wanted to continue with the rendezvous, and so did you. There was nothing you wanted more than to see her again, but you didn’t let yourself. You weren’t going to continue with her cheating, you didn’t want to be part of it any more. She kept on texting you, asking if you wanted to come over or if she could come to your place, but your replies were strict, usually consisting of simple nos. That didn’t stop her, so you resorted to ignoring her, which didn’t work either.
“Please baby.” was repeatedly shown as a new message, and it got to a point where you were fed up. Every text you got from her and every call received reminded you of your feelings for her, which really didn’t help.
“You think we’re doing it again? Keep dreaming.” Harsh, yes, but you needed her to stop. She didn’t text you after that, and you didn’t know if you were happy or disappointed; a little bit of both? It didn’t matter now. She was in the past now, and there was no changing that.

Ash is the good girl y/n is the bad girl. Ashley is really curious about them
—– This is all in Ashley’s point of view by the way —–
No one knew her. I mean, a lot of people knew her; y/n, the bad girl, the one that always skipped class and smoked behind the dumpsters with her group of thoughtless followers. Sure people knew her in that aspect, but no one really knew her. I wanted to, though. I wanted to know the girl behind the leather jackets and constant fights. I wasn’t supposed to want to, but I did, and there was no changing that.
Fortunately (or unfortunately, whichever way you decided to look at it), our lockers were placed beside each other, and I would stand around before class started and wait for her, just to get a glance; maybe I would see something that no one had noticed before. It was the same routine every time: she would come and unlock her locker, not bothering to grant me a glance, and take out the books that she wouldn’t be using that day, before sauntering off to her next lesson.
Today was different, though. She looked at me, and she hesitated. The glance was a few moments too long, and both of us knew it, since her gaze quickly went to the ground, moving to to her friends as soon as she had turned around. As soon as I had caught a glimpse of her eyes I was hooked and I knew it, and she must have known it too.
————————————————–
“Car park. After school.” She leaned back in her chair, pretending to take down the notes our teacher had showed us, as if expecting me to understand what she meant by her sudden orders. I raised an eyebrow at her and she groaned quietly, rolling her eyes at my confusion.
“Meet me in the car park after school, what part don’t you understand?”
————————————————–
I looked around for any sign of the girl, still half expecting her to appear with her friends, laughing at how I had fell for thinking the y/n was interested in me. Was she even interested in me? What was this whole thing about if she wasn’t?
I leaned against my car, finally seeing her amongst the crowd of teenagers wanting to get home.  She was making her way towards me slowly, almost hesitantly, as if she was still deciding if this was something she wanted to do. Her pace became much faster a few feet away from me; her walk more confident, her gaze fixated on me.
Before I could understand what was happening, her hands were cupping my cheeks and her lips were on mine. I hadn’t realized how much I had wanted to kiss this girl, but now that it was happening, I found it hard to deny that this hadn’t been what I wanted ever since I had met her.

You and ash have a fight she runs out and gets hurt
“Oh my god, you need to calm the fuck down Ash, it’s not that big a deal!”
“Not that big a deal? You grinding against some random guy in a club is not that big a deal?” Ashley ran a frustrated hand through her hair, her eyes glassy from the tears that threatened to spill. She didn’t let them, though. She didn’t want to seem weak; just angry, but you saw right through her, you saw the amount of pain you had caused her and regretted taking the first shot that night.
“I was drunk! I didn’t know what I was doing! Unlike you, when you’re always off kissing fans as if that doesn’t hurt me.” The last sentence you spoke turned out cold, as if you meant to hurt her. Even you knew that that was a low blow, but at that moment you were too angry to care.
The first few tears fell onto Ashley’s cheeks, which were now red with the anger she felt. Hurt was clearly visible on her features. “Fuck you.” And with that, she left, opening the front door to your shared apartment and slamming it behind her. You ran over to it, opening it as soon as it had been closed, staring at her running away; you didn’t want her to leave, of course you didn’t. She was the best thing that had ever happened to you, and she would be leaving because of your drunken mistakes.
“Ash, wait, please.” You called out after her, but she didn’t stop, she didn’t even look back. You ran after her, ignoring the pain from sharp stones on your bare feet, ignoring everything except for Ashley. “Please.” You repeated, feeling hot tears travel down your cheeks. You couldn’t lose her.
She must have heard the pain in your voice, since she stopped and turned around, staring at you, waiting for what you had to say. What did you have to say? So many words swirled around in your mind, getting jumbled up, and you couldn’t manage to speak.
“Ash..” A car horn sounded and you heard the sickening sound of her head hitting the cold concrete. You were frozen for a moment, trying to figure out what had just happened. Her no longer moving body on the hard ground, countless curses coming from the driver of the car, who stood over her body. You ran over, picking her up; there was no blood, but that didn’t mean that she wasn’t hurt.
The next few hours were a blur. Ambulance sirens, paramedics crowding her, being shuffled into the back of the van, the ride there. Your eyes never left your girlfriend’s, and you would’ve held her hand the entire time if it wasn’t for the paramedics telling you to stand back.
She finally awoke at the hospital, after you had been told that no internal damage had been done, and she would be fine. You instantly engulfed her in a hug, feeling her wince as the painkillers began to subside.
“I’m so fucking sorry.” You murmured, burying your face in the crook of her neck. “I love you so fucking much. Don’t scare me like that.” She wiped away your tears with her thumb, a small smile occupying the features.
“I love you too y/n.”

Ashley and her gf's first christmas together with ashleys family
Thanks for the request! 😁—————————————
You felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist and soft kisses being pressed onto your shoulder, causing the corners of your mouth to turn upwards. “You okay there?” You had been standing looking at the Christmas tree in the Frangipane living room for a while now, admiring the collection of both store bought and home made ornaments that covered the tree.“Just admiring, that’s all. How did you manage to fit such a big tree inside?” Ashley chuckled, shrugging and shaking her head. “I have no idea. Every year my dad manages to get the biggest tree, and we have no idea how he fits it through the door.” You laughed, turning around to face her, her hands not leaving your waist as you did so. You leaned in, kissing those soft lips that you loved so much, and her grip tightened as she deepened the kiss. You pulled away, smirking.“I don’t think your parents want to see us make out in front of their tree.” With that, you grasped her hand, biting your lip as you tried to ignore the butterflies that had suddenly swarmed your stomach. You led your girlfriend to the sofa where the rest of her family were sitting, and Ashley loosely draped an arm around your waist. Her brother came and sat beside you, immediately starting a conversation, and you felt Ashley’s gaze on you, a small smile on her lips. She was probably thinking the same thing as you; that everything was just so perfect.

When ashley and the y/n go to disney world for the first time and the reader is so excited and ashely thinks its cute
“C’mon, hurry up!” You practically screamed at your girlfriend, who you were sure was walking as slowly as possible just to piss you off. She knew that you were a child at heart, which is why she had taken you to Disney World for your 5-month anniversary, on the only week she had off from tour.
“I’m coming, I’m coming.” She smirked, slowing her pace as she made her way over to you, forcing you to groan and jog over to her, grabbing her hand to make her walk faster. You knew she was doing this on purpose; she had been to Disney World more times than you could count, but you had only been once, meaning that you were way more excited than she was. Still, she found your excitement cute, which was why she was annoying you so much, since it just made you more excited when you were finally there. Turning around, you noticed a familiar costume.
“Look Ash, it’s Mickey!” You hurriedly walked over to the character that had been your best friend when you were younger, and asked for a picture, handing your phone to Ashley as you hugged Mickey. Another one was taken of you kissing his cheek, and you thanked him before walking back over to your girlfriend to see how they had turned out. A large grin was plastered on your lips as she wrapped her arms around you, pulling you in for a short but sweet kiss. “You’re cute when you’re excited.”
