He doesn't have paws but he does have a wolf tail that he can hide. He wears gloves to hide his paws

also funny trivia: in jokes with @dolly-royal, he does like squeaky toys like a dog would as ....well he's part wolf

Personal solution: the events of Undertale are implied to exist somewhere in the au, however the legend was long forgotten on the above world thanks to Unreality Earths rapid changes (monsters aren't a big deal when everyone is becoming one), and the characters end up jist living lives elsewhere and the most reoccurring one is Flowey because unfortunately my brain has grabbed him by the stem and is rotating him in the microwave at high velocity

Undertale could also technically exist within the Unreality universe/dimension but it would be moreso disturbing to see the above world considering how much things have changed due to the world literally being cursed by an ameatur demigod all because he dropped the overpowered spellbook he wrote(Ennioch)
