Aren’t they all her blades and blaster bolts and lightsabers? Aren’t they all her shadows and phantoms and reflections? Aren’t they all her attack dogs? Aren’t they all hers?

Weren’t they all born to die for Padmé Amidala?

Even if she had some grudges and concerns regarding Anakin, Sabé loved Padmé so much she would rather quietly step out of her life and let her be with the man who makes her happy than beg her to dump him.

I need this idea in fandoms that it's impossible for a woman to have both a deep, loving romantic relationship with a man and a powerful friendship and connection with another woman to be stomped out immediately.

Sabé actually likes and cares for Anakin canonically, but nobody’s ready for that conversation. It’ll break their fantastical fan headcanon that she hates his guts and would encourage Padmé to break up with him.

Sorry, but Padmé, who gives and gives and never does anything for herself until she finally lets herself loosen up a bit with ONE person (Anakin) - cheating?

Why do I always come across amazingly written Anidala fics but then one of the stories always gotta have Padmé cheating on Anakin in some way

It’s so slept on how Anakin and Padmé’s friendship in TPM was important and integral to both members in this party. They found peace and comfort in each other. (The Japor Snippet even serves as a pendant of solace for Padmé significantly.)

Going absolutely insane bc Obi Wan literally gave up the rest of his life for Anakin. He spent over a decade wasting away in a desert to protect Anakin’s children from Anakin. He saved Anakin’s daughter and watched over Anakin’s son, all while having raised Anakin himself when he wasn’t ready. He stayed with Anakin’s wife when she was alone in one of the darkest moments of her life and stayed with her as she died. Everything he did can he tied back to Anakin. He gave everything for Anakin and loved him so much, even when anyone else would’ve given up, and in the end, Anakin was the one who killed him.

tcw (2008) Anakin is actually the worst characterization of Anakin ever and actively does harm to the prequels and his arc but I don’t think yall are ready for that conversation
