I miss my home pole and dancing to my own beat so much since I moved into an apartment. On the flipside, it's been a blast learning new choreography at the studio. Heres my "slay" class's choreo to "you don't own me" :)

It took me far too long to realize this. I put hours into looking good. Little did I know I just needed to find aerial to feel beautiful.
