Tips Ana ♡
1- Aprende a vivir con hambre, fisfrutala. Ella te mostrará el camino correcto para llegar a la figura de tus sueños.
2- Pon atención a lo que comes y cuando lo hagas, te preguntas: ¿Quiero comer realmente?
3- Planea tu día. Decide que quieres comer y así no tendrás el peligro de sobrepasarte con las calorías.
4- Cuando te sobrepases castígate: No cine, no computador, no TV, etc.
5- No consumas alcohol: tiene demasiadas calorías.
6- Bebe cada hora un vaso de agua fría te reducirá el hambre. Come pequeñas comidas cada día; cuando comes grandes cantidades de comida tu cuerpo se adapta a ello, acostumbra tu cuerpo a comer cada vez menos.
7- Come poco y muy despacio, poco a poco lo disfrutarás.
8- Mastica cada bocado muchas veces.
9- Usa platos pequeños.
10. Por cada bocado bebe un trago de agua así estarás satisfecha más rapido.
11- Saca todas las frituras, dulces y golosinas de tu casa y regálaselas a tus amigos.
12- Haz un diario donde escribas lo que comas a diario y cuenta las calorías que ingeriste, ponle fotos de tus Thinspirations favoritas, los colores que quieras. Llevalo a todas partes, no permitan que te descubran.
13- Cada vez que tengas dinero no lo malgastes en comida, comprate algo lindo para vestir o un accesorio de tu agrado.
14- Cuando comas hazlo de pie o caminando, así quemarás calorías más rápido.
15- Muévete siempre, baila, haz ejercicio, ve a pie y no en el auto. Verás como tus kilos desaparecen.
16- Vuélvete vegetariana, así vivirás mas sano y comerás menos calorías.
17- Cómprate un pantalón dos tallas menos que la tuya, pruébatela una vez por semana y poco a poco llegarás a la talla que deseas.
18- La comida ácida quemas calorías.
19- Cuando te den ataques de hambre corre a donde tus amigos, debes entretenerte con algo y así no tendrás tiempo de ir al refrigerador. Cuando tengas hambre mastica una goma de mascar sin azúcar o fuma.
20- Caminar mucho no sólo quema calorías sino que además te aleja de la comida.
21- Cuando te de hambre cuenta lentamente hasta cien mientras te convences de que realmente no quieres comer.
22- Come frente al espejo en ropa interior ¿cuánto quieres comer realmente?
23- Sácate una foto en bikini y mírala cada vez que quieras comer.
24- Báñate, el agua caliente disminuye el apetito y además en la ducha puedes prestarle la atención que se merece tu cuerpo
25- Baja la temperatura de tu auto o abre las ventanas de tu casa, el obligar al cuerpo mantener la temperatura corporal hace quemar muchas calorías.
26- Come cubos de hielo, el cuerpo creerá que estas comiendo y además el frío quema calorías.
27- Cuando tienes hambre significa que tu cuerpo está quemando calorías, así que tu querrás sentir hambre. Cuando no sientes hambre es porque estás haciendo algo mal.
28- El hambre no es tu enemiga, con el tiempo te sentirás maravillosa cada vez que sientas hambre.
29- Toma té verde, ayudará a que tu metabolismo se acelere.
30- Mira comer a las otras personas, tu eres superior a ellas porque no necesitas la comida. Ellos comen y cada vez se hacen más y más gordos, ¡Pero tu no! Tu quieres verte espectacular.

A couple tips and reminders from Korean youtuber Jang E Na. I’ll list some stats down below as inspo :) if she can do it we can too
STATS
168 cm/5’6”
70 kg -> 58 kg || lost 12 kg in 6 weeks
58 kg -> 62 kg || gained 4 kg
62 kg -> 48 kg || lost 14 kg in 6 weeks
Total: -22 kg (not sure how long it took) and maintained between 48-51 kg for 2 years
HOW
70 kg -> 58 kg
Didn’t eat and only liquid fast for 2 weeks while living with her parents
Broke her fast with SMALL AMOUNTS of food like rice, kimchi, veggies
jump roped 2000 times a day
62 kg -> 48 kg
Kept fasting
Only eat ice, gum, vitamins, diet supplements
Maintaining at 49 kg (꿀팁/key tips)
Only eat 1 meal a day + small snacks
NEVER eat until you are completely full, regardless of how healthy it is. This prevents your stomach from stretching out
For her, she stayed motivated by thinking of how wasteful it would be to eat after a whole week of fasting
The key is to NOT EAT A LOT after breaking these fasts. Of course binging or eating a lot will lead to the yo-yo weight gain cycle many people suffer from. Only eat tiny controlled amounts and gradually increase to a sustainable amount
If you have plans to go out with others/eat with your family, do not eat anything all day except for that meal. Otherwise enjoy your time with them!
Weigh yourself multiple times a day: when you wake up, before eating, after eating, at the end of the day. This prevents you from overeating and blowing up that number
Take vitamins to get your nutrients!
Like the pictures, it takes time to maintain a low weight. It is hard and takes dedication but soon your body adapts to a new weight and smaller stomach size.

she says in her videos that she does NOT recommend starving yourself to get results. There were health side effects and she recommends eating at least a little bit, especially students who live busy lives.
I’m not saying this is healthy or anyone should follow it, I just decided to write these stats down because I watch her videos a lot and thought I should keep a concrete, written plan.
She also reminds viewers that every person is different and even following the same plans some people may lose weight more quickly than others.
But..
Losing potentially 22 kg in 12 weeks HELL YEAH
