I had better post this before I miss MerMay again. I started this in April last year, did the scales on the green tail and put down the tablet and didn’t look at it again for another year.... look I don’t do a lot of digital art, and when I do I get a bit obsessive about inconsequential details, and all the things I don’t know how to do.

I bumped into Kevin Rudd in Borders in Brisbane about a month after he became Prime Minister in 07. Literally nearly collided with him in the Art History section. I only took a second glance and recognised him because his one security guy took a step towards me. Did the typical oops sorry and went on with my day.

Can i say something problematique for terminally online millenials and people born after that point: I think the seeming lack of ability or willingness to call one another and chat on the phone with friends unprompted or out of the blue contributes to whatever hellish loneliness everyone is talking about feeling these days. Say what you want about boomers and old people but those guys mostly knew how to keep in touch with each other. Idk man call a bitch today
