It's a decent idea, but I'm not sure...

If we decide to go with this idea, I may need some signals or cues so that I don't make his arrival too awkward. Cause as funny as an awkward entrance would be, I've always been the type of person that can't handle awkward first impressions, though that might be more of a personal comfort zone thing for me than anything else... (My comfort zone is very tiny and not very good at socializing- ╥⁠﹏⁠╥ )

From the original magic door idea of the OG prologue, I've sorta been seeing it as a "one at a time" type of deal. Like, visting Rainy's AU first and then going to see Epilogue.

We don't have to use that idea though! If either of y'all have a different plan, I'd love to hear!

Hiya!

While the first idea is a lot less interesting, I feel like the second one would make him a lot more uneasy, which will likely cause problems in the future if anyone wants to communicate with him. If he's got a bad feeling about something, he won't say a single word. Probably keep his distance too. He's the skeptical and hesitant type when faced with potential threats.

Ah, no worries! I don't mind the info dump at all!

I'll have to build Epilogue's personality as the crossover is happening, but at least I got a basic idea of how I want him to be. It's a start... (;^⁠ω⁠^⁠）

If you wanna make a revamped version of the prologue, I'd be happy to make some doodles or something if necessary!

(March Break is coming up soon, so I'll have a whole week to do stuff related to the crossover if needed-)

Ok first of all, love the meme lmao-

Second, for the plot line for Epilogue's side of things:

There's likely gonna be some things about Epilogue's personality and/or behavior that at least SLIGHTLY contradict what I put in the info dump about him pre-crossover. I've been thinking about his character and I'm trying to make him at least a BIT more serious than I've been portraying him as so far, so things like the "Epilogue faceplant" entrance are probably off the table and need a huge rework.

I've seen how things are going so far from you and Rainy's side of things (the context/prologue post), and while I'm still trying to form a decent new idea, my school fried brain is doing it's best... (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)

All I've got so far is that when it comes time to meet Epilogue, he might be a lot shyer than I originally said depending on how many characters show up to his AU-

I've been trying to do some silly little interactions with my friends the past few days over on Discord to try and work on Epilogue's character a bit, (*cough* I won't talk about that incident though) so I think this would be a good opportunity for both of us to learn more about him, as I've been getting distracted recently by my other hyperfixations-

I've never exactly done a crossover before though, so this is gonna be new for me!

I really like the first idea, especially the extra idea that the two can keep in contact afterwards.

While a bigger crossover would be cool, perhaps I could save that idea for when I have more time to put into my characters and AUs. Could be a fun way to improve my story writing and/or improv skills if I ever feel the need to-

Oooooo, I like all of these ideas! Since Epilogue has the claw/arm extension blade things, he's a lot more of a close combat type of fighter unless the blade is necessary.

As for my CM, he tried to follow after Epilogue, but Epilogue is a lot faster than him considering he's smaller and much lighter than CM (especially with Henry's soul no longer being present in Epilogue's body), so unfortunately, CM didn't escape. He's probably trapped in the hallway as a spirit though, and Epilogue doesn't really LIKE the hallway, so he tries to not go there.
