every gay friend group has: the repressed academic, the ska loving "brawn", the formerly mean girl psychic, the match making anime fan, the astrology lover, the lesbian butcher/reluctant big sister, the sexy cat with nine lives, the walrus who runs a magic shop and the local witch who wants to kill everyone

Welcome, you two. Get settled. So Happy you decided to move in. Of course rent-free!
You'll love your neighbors across the hall. Angel / Demon. Ineffable. Technically husbands...only...they kind of have to work out some... issues.
But...
*giggling*
...so do you, don't you?
Ok, I'll leave you guys...talk.
Just swing by anytime you want, will you?
I'm right down, first door to the left. Don't have to knock. Just barge in. The others don't mind either...
*sigh*

“edwin and charles, having spent 30 years exclusively in one another’s company at this point, have almost a telepathy in terms of communicating, and jayden and i definitely share that,” rexstrew adds, with revri nodding animatedly in agreement. “in the way that charles always is there to support edwin, jayden has been the exact same for me.”

DBDA spoiler? Kinda. Idk.
I said “I don’t know why I’m so involved in this show” to my friend (@acuriosityinajunkyard) and she responded “cause it’s giving us early 2000’s queerbaiting dynamics without the actual queerbaiting” and I felt that.

nobody understands that niko is easily the most interesting and likable character on dead boy detectives (edwin gets runner up) i mean just look at her outfits! theyre all monochromatic and match her mood that episode, easily has the best character design, plus shes ICONIC!!

This. This is it.
L❤️VE.
This is just a personal opinion, but I'll leave it here and you can decide what you want to do with it:
I don't follow the crowd with the 1941 scene just after Crowley handed Aziraphale the books he saved being the moment Aziraphale fell in love, or realized he was in love, with Crowley.
I don't buy it, because Aziraphale has ALWAYS looked at Crowley with hearts in his eyes.
Nope... Personally, I think that look in 1941 was because it was at that moment that Aziraphale realized it was actually possible Crowley might love him. Up until that night, all of Crowley's little acts had been passed of as part of "the game" or "the Arrangement" or brushed off as nothing by Crowley. But in 1941, Crowley did several pretty amazing things in quick succession, that simply had no other explanation but he cares about Aziraphale:
He deliberately set foot on consecrated ground with the sole purpose of keeping Aziraphale from getting blown sky-high by a bomb, or shot by Nazis.
He stayed there, in the church, with Aziraphale, knowing a bomb was coming, trusting the angel to protect him, with a full, open font of Holy Water very nearby.
In the midst of all of this, he had the forethought to save the case full of books that even Aziraphale had forgotten about in the mess of everything, simply because he knew Aziraphale would be distraught if they were destroyed.
All of this would have added up to Aziraphale to a sense of wonder, his heartbeat running faster as he contemplated the maybe, it might me possible, that Crowley might at least be capable of caring about him, and maybe, someday, that might turn into love.
That's what I've always read in that expression. No telling if I'm right, but it's what I'm going with.

Honestly one of the things I like about Edwin’s character development and accepting he likes guys is that everyone else is so normal about it. He’s the only one going But. That’s Not Allowed? And Niko the others are like sure it is! They take Monty liking him as something normal and obvious. Being surrounded by people who take that kind of thing as a given is such a nice (and bizarre) feeling when you’re not used to it
And of course when he tells Charles and there’s no recoil no betrayal just “ok I can’t say I feel the same way but you ARE my best friend and I’m not going anywhere.” The confession didn’t make anything weird. They have as much time as they want to figure this out. I love them so much

What even more astonishes me, is the fact how that story slash show invisibly and unbreakably joined me and all others here...
*waves his arms around in his dashboard's general direction*
I've read books and watched shows all my considerably long middle-aged life.
By the thousands.
Yet this...
*again waving arms*
...leaves me sitting in awe and wondering...every time my mind is pointed to it.
*sigh*
True art of storytelling. In the most human way possible.
Ineffable.
There's no better word for it.
*me on my deathbed*
grandkids: *crying* what is she saying???
me: neil…neil gaiman…he said…there’s an invisible and unbreakable line that joins crowley and aziraphale…
grandkids: …
me: … my god he was so real for that … *dies*
