please i beg to see my vision of instead of bully jaegerman we have strict student council president sasaki they accidentally kill. and obviously hasemura with pete and steph but i think okazaki and watari being the two cops is really funny and i don’t like putting characters directly into roles, but a friend group of kamimura, tamba, and hayashi is funny but cool as i think i am would SO be a song from hasegawa about kamimura even though with technically we would be calling toshi pete, kamimura’s the ‘loser’ here and he’s so pathetically in love with the dead body freak…………

and then alternatively bully jaegerman replaced by bitchy hiroaki accidentally killed and there’s a weird hirojima vengeful ghost and sweet guy romance (but a lot different than max and grace lmao)

i have so many thoughts.

I can't count the times I imagined tetro characters while listening to npmd's songs, it's SO much fun.

I think there's a lot of fun ways you can assign the roles! I never thought about Kamimura singing "cool as I think I am" (I just default to ken here) BUT IT FITS SO WELL TOO!

I really like one particular section in "cool as I think I am (reprise)" and I even made a very rough hasemura animatic for it... Some lovely people told me to finish it but goddd there's so much other stuff, I don't know when I'll get to it.
