He's definitely seen snow before, but he probably never really knew it could be fun until I show him. However, he's probably too warm to play with it without it melting very quickly

If Lux wanted to go out like to a store or other places with you, would he have to wear a disguise or hide in a bag?

so i posted this on bluesky but i guess forgot to post it here but yes! he wears big baggy clothes when he wants to venture outside for two reasons: one is to disguise himself and not draw attention, but the other is to hide from the bright outdoor light.

like I said in the lore post, this is after he's already assimilated into all light in the universe, but managed to pull himself together enough to form a single consciousness again at a specific location. It's very hard for him to maintain this consciousness and being washed with more light makes it even harder. So he often still has to hide away in the dark. He can only go outside if he's 1) projected with his little outfit 2) feeling particularly strong willed that day. There are other tactics he uses to keep himself together, such as feeling strong emotions or bonds with other people (mostly me)

Is lux/mr ring a ding a iPad or tv kid?

absolutely yes. when I'm around we watch movies on a portable DVD player but when I'm gone I gave him an ipad to keep himself company. He uses it to learn more about the world he's in now and also watch all kinds of things. He really likes watching it light up with rhythmic patterns and stuff. Sometimes he will excitedly come up to me and say "BILLY! BILLY! I have to show you this video I found!" and it's like. a baby sensory video or something.

i updated my pinned to make it look nicer. i added images for each of the characters i self ship with so it's easier to look at. i also took a few off, just because i don't have any posts about them on this blog yet, so i figured i'd trim the fat for now and just add them back once i make posts about them.

i also added links to lore posts next to characters i've written lore about regarding my ship with them

If Lux can use his powers to power up devices, would he be a good phone charger or would that be too much energy to give?

that's a good point, I didn't consider that. He does regularly keep my phone charged when I'm with him, but he probably had trouble not overloading electrical devices when he first started channeling power into them. Being all light at once means he's made up of a LOT of energy, so it's probably a little unwieldy to control at first.
