The ending in which you and the princess share a romantic dance underneath the stars, both entwined in each other’s arms. Her smile radiates light through the darkest night, and the empty void of the Long Quiet feels distant. But something isn’t right. It never is right. There’s always that coldness, that longing for something more, something complete. Hands pull in closer. Those hands, her hands. The Shifting Mound is hungry for her vessel, and longs for her completion. The princess looks at you but doesn’t waver her gaze from yours. Her eyes seem to twinkle. You don’t want to let go, you don’t want to release your grasp. Your hand trembles under the pressure of the Shifting’s pull. But you know you have to. You made a promise. You committed to her completion and you will see her again. She closes her eyes and you close yours, embracing the coldness. And when you awaken again, she is gone. All that remains is a mirror. You’ve unraveled.

Hey beehive! I just wanted to update on art projects and the Makoto Yuki poll artwork I was doing!! I’m still working on it but since I’ve started my diploma course about 2 weeks ago, progress has been fairly slow as I adjust to the new workload and get my assignments sorted. I got a pretty hefty amount of art projects to do and submit this term and so I can’t guarantee when I will finish things (though I know there isn’t a rush to these things, I still don’t want to keep people waiting and like to update y’all on stuff :))

I will probably post some progress pictures on here of what I’m up to in my classes if you are interested! I would love to also get any tips and advice too.

Editors note: Someone pointed out that the finalised version is flipped the wrong way so I flipped it back. I will still keep the originals here that are the wrong way (oops) but here is the correct Lynette version!
