1. Memory loss can, in fact, be a response to trauma. I'm not a doctor or even a survivor myself, but just look around the internet for SA survivors sharing their experiences and you'll notice that very often, they can't remember which day, or even month, the assault took place. Saying that she isn't actually traumatized because she doesn't fit into your idea of a victim is sick.

2. Melanie herself confirmed the sleepover happened in her infamous "she never said no" tweet, so this point is basically irrevelant.
